Agnacom Technology - Agnahost

the help that I have received in the past few days has been unbelievable and beyond helpful, I have been a little silly with all of the server things and setting up the server for tekkit lite, but with the help of the support the server is now up and running and I am extremely happy.

I rented a server a few days ago, and it was experiencing problems, crashing ect. So i contacted support explaining that it was crashing, and wasn't sure why. After talking to support, they explained that it was plug-ins causing the server crashing and that i should go through the console and check to see what it was. This being my first server i wasn't sure what i was doing and what i was looking for. After around 10 to 15 minutes, i checked the server chat, and noticed someone was asking for me, so i logged on the server and it was one of the support teams saying they have been notified that the server was crashing, they then went through the console and found the problem, after asking me if i wanted them to go through and fix it, and solve the problem. Support then solved the problem with the plug-ins and fixed the crashing. By far the best customer support ive seen, and it was the last thing i expected!

I got the best support from Krys from agnahost and he is the most helful person i ever came across, he helped me sort all my payment mess an somethink took money an he helped me get through it and get my minecraft server up, i would highly recommend you speak to him due to his amazing support skills.

I am one of those people who fear technology and working with Agnacom has been a blessing in disguise for me. Without even mentioning the value for money, the unending support and the ability to answer all my questions and allow me to use the systems - I would not be able to recomment Krys and Agnacom enough. Having looked around the net for remote exchange service providers I was drawn to AgnaHost, the website was colourful and easy to understand.

We have found Agnahost to be an excellent host, we really would recommend them if like us you have become sick of dealing with Fasthosts and the like. The support is excellent, finally our problems are solved without feeling like we're being a complete pest. The online tools are great, it take such an amount of stress out of getting sites working properly. All in all I think Agnahost are the best hosting provider we've used, highly recommended.
