Support is excellent. They are so helpful. I switched from another hosting company who were bad and 101 did everything, and then they helped me to set up the email. Really friendly service. And very good value for money too! Really great.

These guys have great support and everything is included at no extra cost instead of being charged for extras.

I have been with 101 SiteHosting for several years and they just keep getting better and better. The Control Panel is excellent and easy to use. 101 offers many features that cost extra with other providers. Although there were some uptime issues when I first started with them (2002), I have had no problems within the last year (they recently upgraded their data center). I have referred several businesses to them due to their outstanding product and support.

You get what you paid for with this 101 SiteHosting (www.101sitehosting.com), the control panel is great, but the server is at times inaccessible on a daily (or more frequently) basis. I'm very dissappointed with 101hosting.com.

101SiteHosting is by far the best hosting service on the net. I can't remember the last time I received the kind of service and support that I've received from these wonderful people. And the price was a shocker, more like a bonus for finding this great company - There should be more businesses that operate like this....where customer support isn't sacrificed to save a buck or two.

101 SiteHosting is down far too often. The people are friendly, but I would rather have consistent service... Then I wouldn't know if they were friendly or not, cuz I wouldn't need to call to find out the servers are down - again!

If you work on web pages a lot, like I do - you would find out quickly that the service is sporadic. I think the good reviews are from people that put up a site, and once finnished - they don't check it out. I am updating pages daily - so I know what goes on. Check out iPower, or Lunarpages. They are a little more, but much more reliable.

Their support might be great which I cannot say it is or not as I do not use their service...

But when I try to access their website from home on Cable Modem it takes approx 30 minutes to load. Then when trying to access it at work on a OC192 line it still takes 20-30 minutes to load. So this tells me their network is very slow.

I also tried to talk to their Live Sales Staff on their Live Help System and it said I was #1 in Queue for over 1 hour. So to me seems like they don't wanna sell much..

Wonderful service at an astonishing price. For the price I paid, I didn't expect much. But in retrospect it was the best decision I ever made. Having been through 6!! hosting providers I finally found 101. Their quick response to my queries sold me on their service, and i've never looked back. THANKS 101!

I'm very impressed with their ability to address my concerns as a client, while doing it with a personal touch that you can't get using a big name company. 10 Stars all round!
