No BS Technical support have helped me with my PC problems on a number of occasions recently. I'm glad I went to them with my queries instead of using my own limited knowledge as there were issues I wasn't even aware of and was close to buying the wrong thing, so I was saved from that.

I've used other technical support in the past where I felt they didn't know what they were talking about and even sometimes I knew more than them.
