Yes, Titan can give you a website and a few email accounts.

But you get only two types of communication from them once you are registered: your bill and endless emails offering new web suffixes.

As a small business I really need three main things from Titan:

1) steady reliable web / email service
2) for Titan to provide an easily accessible helpdesk for problems
3) for Titan to communicate with me as a customer anything that is relevant to the regular and smooth running of my technology, such as ICANN registrations, server moves, outages etc.

Unfortunately 3) is beyond Titan, if there is an outage or a server move you just find out because things aren't working. No warning and rarely any idea when things will be back to normal. You have to work it out yourself.

But the helpdesk is better than it was.
