They are able to provide me with the confidence level that he knows what he is doing and he has been providing consultation like what I would expect from a hosting provider. It's a great place to get domain names and to manage domain names. I'll use GlowHost for that. As far as shared hosting, I would recommend it. As I added more sites to my portfolio - I wanted to update to a bigger plan - I researched and ended up at this web host and got a shared hosting account - now I have a VPS and still use this decent hosting service.

I've already notice an improvement in load time for my site and the bulletin board is probably twice as fast as the old one. These guys get a thumbs up, fives all acrossed the board. We upgraded our plan from the cheapest plan to the middle plan a few months ago just because we felt they deserved a few extra dollars for their exemplary service (even though we knew we'd never need the extra space or features).

Well another new year here again. Three months with GlowHost now and nothing but great service from them. If I was to be given $1 for every second that I have been disappointed with the service from them, I would not have enough cash to buy anything from a $1 shop.
