Appalling

Customer service is non-existent. One of our websites has been down for over 2 months & extendnet just will not respond to any of the tickets. They did originally do something (that didn't work) but when contacted to resolve the loop they seem to have set up on that particular domain. We can't move it either due to the stupid timeline in place after a change. To make things worse, the other domain we use for our emails has now gone down. 3 open tickets with no replies.

Agree With Other Negative Reviews

I have also received very basic service only from this company in the past, but now I have been unable to log in and update my website etc for several weeks with no reply to emails and no response. Web space is too important to gamble by using this very unreliable company. They are not contactable by telephone at all.

Extendnet / Xtreme It - The Worst Web Host Imaginable!

Extendnet - trading as Xtreme IT Limited - has been playing the system for years now, at paying customers' expense. They get struck off the Register regularly for failing to provide required accounts, then pop up again months later, reregistered with Companies House, only to do the same thing over and over again.

There is clearly advantage in this for Extendnet, but none for their customers, who suffer with long outages, collapsed email delivery systems and no online support (and I mean NO SUPPORT). Urgent help tickets are left unanswered or are closed by the 'support team' (probably just one person). We all know what kind of companies engage in this kind of Sharp practice...

This situation has been going on for *years*, and it is depressing that customers themselves are unable to do much about it unless they take legal action directly against Extendnet, a course most people won't want to take, or just leave this awful company which, as can be seen by many complaints here and elsewhere on the web regarding failure to transfer domain names, is deliberately made very difficult by Extendnet themselves.

Where is the regulator with teeth that should be dealing with this company?

One Man And His Shed

I wonder if this company is a one man band ... He has a couple of servers in his garden shed. Ihave had tickets outstanding since 2015. I have had a friend who is a bit of a IT guy sort out my problems. Once my contracts are up from this company i'm off to find a suitable web server company.

I have been a long time user I was one of the first to use Me2Uweb unil they got taken over by this company.

The Worst Customer Service In The Land

I received an invoice and admittedly left it quite late but still paid it 4 days before due date via bank transfer.

So far i have received 2 reminders on an overdue invoice but no reply to 2 support request, and about 10 emails to their support team.

And my emails are not working while this is going on.

Useless company!

Don't waste your time. If there is any problem they will completely ignore your support ticket.

Extendnet Lack Of Service

Like most of the reviewers on this site I find myself and my Company to be in the less than capable hands of Extendnet.Like many we inherited Extendnet from Me2uWeb. Our Web Hosting account was due on the 9th September and we paid in full by direct bank transfer on the 8th September. We then received 2 more invoices including a final reminder despite sending them one of their infamous tickets which never get answered.

We have now had our account suspended and after my last e-mail to them our IP address has been blocked by their Firewall meaning we can't access any e-mails or contact them.

I've checked up on the Directors and the Companies they are or were involved with.

If you go to companies house web site you can read for yourselves all the grisly details.

At the moment their accounts are overdue and their annual statement is overdue.

There is an active proposal to strike off the Company so anyone associated with them should be actively looking for other providers and I think cut their losses.

Extendnet Show No Interest In Their Customer

I have been very dissatisfied with the service provided by ExtendNet. They simply do not work well. Their email service has often failed. It has sometimes taken weeks for them to register a payment made to them. Their customer support is disappointing and shows little or no interest in their customers or their customers' needs - they offer only email support, they frequently fail to respond to issues and when they do they often fail to read the whole of the message. Issues can go for days or weeks without resolution. I am not sure other providers are significantly better - they are interested in their own profits, not in providing a service - but I cannot honestly recommend ExtendNet

Unresponsive Help System

Quite simply, I have not had email for over 3 weeks now. I have sent 4 different help desk 'tickets' and many emails and haven't had a single response. My business is suffering as a result. I have a good understanding of IT issues, have tried everything to sort my end, but the problem is definitely at their end.

I would stay well clear of this company.

Not Answering Emails And Support Tickets No Contact Info

Worst service ever. Never Answer to emails or support tickets. I require details to transfer my domain to other provider. They will not reply to my emails.

Would not recommend using this company to any one. My rating would be minus 1 rather than one star.

Does anyone have a clue how to actually edit a website on this platform? I have used Yola for years and it is so straight forward, I have been asked to manage a site on extendnet and this has to be one of the most complicated control panels known to man!

I have not had an email for a week. I finally worked out that my domain registration has expired. Additionally I cannot remember my password to pay the invoice online. Where can I find the contact details for this company? All the reviews about this company are terrible but I need to access my emails urgently. Please help.
