The set up was minimal fuss, with softalicious it's easy to have you website set up in minutes, and of course equally as important is cpanel to manage the domain. Eria Hosting have all the tools you need. Pan was particularly helpful whenever I needed a tech issue solving, fast responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I originally contacted the team with a few queries before purchasing as I wanted to make sure of a few things before I transferred over. They replied within the hour and everything was exactly what I was looking for. I also queried about SSL certificates and help installing them and they offered to install the certificate free of charge if I ordered then - I wasn't ready at the time but was a nice gesture anyways! They then contacted me out of the blue to announce their servers were using the Let's Encrypt SSL service, negating the need to purchase a certificate. On top of this, the servers are UK based and extremely fast. Support is quick and eria really top trump the 'big UK hosts' who cram us like sardines onto their servers (you know who you are!)

Switched from a leading UK host and very glad I did. Before my simple CMS site was so slow viewers would click away before the page even loaded, now it's lightening fast, even with self-hosted video content. The price is very competitive and even better value over 3 years. Account was set set up very fast and the one technical query I had was dealt with very efficiently by support. All in all, no complaints, only good things to say about this provider. Excellent.

Been with them for a few weeks now, so far i cant fault them. Support has been great i had a problem with my wordpress not working and they managed to sort it out really quickly. My webpages load fast compared to the other webhost i was on who was obviously overselling their webspace.
