I rang Easyspace to leave as I had been offered domain names at a much cheaper rate elsewhere. I was genuinlely surprised when the customer service officer offered to match the price I had been quoted, I really didn't expect that. So it was a win/win - got the best rate and no need to leave Easyspace.
I would like to commend the standard of your customer support colleagues - easy to talk to, quick to grasp the problem and quicjk to act to try to sort it.
