I have now been waiting for 90 minutes listening to "please stay on the line, we will be with you soon"!.

I am writing this because their mail forwarding service is now very unreliable and messages to me are either getting rejected by the systems: People sending messages to me get:
"This is the mail system at host mesh-mailserver3.hi.local" " I am sorry to inform you etc" ...and then "delivery temporarily suspended to Connection refused".

I rang them last week and was told that they had been hacked! I have now emailed them (guaranteed response with 4 business hours) to no avail.

What do they think they are doing? I'm sorry for having to write this as I have used them for years.

I am still waiting for my call to be answered!
