I purchased an RBC TRAVEL INSURANCE HEALTH PROTECTOR plan thinking that my bank was reputable. Guess again!! My medicine was stolen while travelling. I called immediately only to be lead on that I was covered. They told me to go see a doctor but only once. I needed my insulin which was not covered nor any other of my medicine under this pitiful plan. Upon my return I submitted my bills which were refused. The only thing covered was 1 doctor visit but only one. So much for $211 mint policy that covered absolutely nothing. Do you self a favor and find a reputable company in the travel insurance business and not an untrustworthy bank like RBC (Royal Bank of Canada). The policy they sent me has no coverage information.
