Shamefull Service

Hi,Just read and study our untold correspondece and complaints regarding the problems withnot only with our claimved but now most importantly, the unsolved payments -problems to medical hospital and treatment in Zimbabwe, October last Year. Since than, now 6 months later still no results.

Shame on you Holuday Safe.

'holiday Safe' Or Else!

I had annual multi-trip European Insurance with HolidaySafe, which I chose based on their reputation after reading mainly good reviews. When I needed their help after an accident on holiday requiring emergency treatment and not knowing if I could fly home and get home from the UK airport too, the service was poor. I was informed I had to organise everything myself, I even had to ask for a reference number for my own benefit so I had a record of the conversation in case this affected any claim. After sorting out my own flight and airport assistance in resort I managed to get home. As my expenses were under the excess I did not submit a claim however I did use their Legal Service Pannone LLP to submit a compensation claim. I spent a long time providing information including witnesses only to be informed they wouldn't take my case any further. I have written to HolidaySafe to express my dissatisfaction at their customer service, but they have not responded although they're after my renewal money quick enough.
