I made a mistake on the name but to get it correct it is very hard to talk any one in persons and three different people on the phone just said that they need to transfer the calls twice they just cut the line of after nearly 55mins on hold .
Spoke to third agent even he did the same just said he will transfer my call but then just got my call cut off someone just put the phone this happen on 14.09.2021 from 3.30pm to 4.35pm still no one can help me. I am not sure why they have agent to answer the call and decide to pass to someone else instead of sorting out the issue very un professional company to have travel insurance
