wow how did you win this award when you refuse to pay out on shop policies leaving family business struggling paid you in good faith compulsory closure means what it says on the tin whether its a nursery policy or a shop policy stop hiding behind wording the other companies that you won on the night have paid out do the honourable thing and pay up on policies we have two policies with this company this company is so lacking in empathy and empathy is a must in an industry like yours the council closed us down a government body compulsory closure get this sorted out i have nothing else to loose but time to warn other honest people to be careful who they are protected by i don't feel protected by covea i feel totally lost even the CEO has blocked me and wont man up and take a call lead by example AWARD WINNER Prove it mr f000000s
