Searched via BestHotelOffers and found a good hotel. Went to book it, which the site redirected me to book.revato.com and successfully booked the hotel. However, I'm now unable to amend/cancel my booking despite paying for the cancellation service. Hotel advised to contact revato to make cancellation but I can't login to revato to make any changes to my booking. I can't even contact them and no information available on the internet about them. At the time of booking, revato clearly said that I should be able to manage my booking online which I can't do. Please stay away from this site when booking through revato.com.
