from first arriving, being given a warm and friendly welcome, we were shown into a comfortable lounge with homemade cakes and tea and coffee and were asked to help ourselves, we were then shown to an extremely comfortable well appointed room with great facilities and a view of the Minster, the property is really interesting and is located on a quiet road close to the city centre, the staff couldn't be more helpful with information about local facilities and which was also very nice took time to chat, a gem of a place at which we will certainly stay again
