TPS HEATHROW MEET AND GREET

Out of the many 'meet and greet' companies at Heathrow we chose TPS based on the high overall rating on this website. Safe to say they didn't let us down. A polite representative was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and upon arrival we had to wait for under 10 min, only because we were exceptionally quick through the terminal as our bags were already on the belt at baggage reclaim (highly unusual for Heathrow!). Travelling with a 4 month old it was imperative for the service to be reliable and on time and that is exactly what it was. Good value for money, I can recommend TPS to anyone and will use them again!

We arrived at the airport at 5.30 am after telephoning the mobile number we had been given by TPS heathrow parking for over an hour, mobile switched off for the entire hour of us phoning only to find that there was no one to meet us. I nearly missed my flight as I had to drive around Heathrow airport looking for somewhere to park my car securely. Luckily, I did get on my flight and I received a text from tps an hour after our flight left apologising as their driver overslept and stating that they would refund me. Unfortunately, they waited until the day we returned from our holiday to refund me but have failed to respond to my emails and texts requesting that they pay £181.60 for my parking fees.

Terrible.Phoned on their dedicated number and got through waited for nearly an hour at departures before having to find another parking place urgently. I received no phone calls from TPS during that hour to say they would be late. When I arrived at my destination i received 4 text messages giving two different excuses for a no show, stuck on a bus in the tunnel and sick staff. They refunded my fee within 48 hours but the new parking zone costed me another £33.00.When I returned I tried to contact them on the mobile number given, i phoned 12 times left 2 messages and am still waiting 10 days later for a return call. Terrible,unprofessional I would not recomend them to anyone.They really should not be in the Valet parking business Steer well clear.

A great, great service, I use them every week, they are a pleasure to do business with, always there, will bend over backwards, phone communications very simple to use, the best professional valet service for a good price. Overall, superb value for money. Only improvement would be the web-site, would like them to remember me when booking. Have recommended them to many colleagues and friends.

They do exactly what is says on the tin. Meet you on time and greet you on time. Car is cleaned well. Even arranged to have my alloy wheel repaired while I was away. Keep up the good work.

Superb stuff ~ the guys really know there stuff and aimed to please me no end.

I couldnt of asked for more from a company ,

i turned up at airport and the friendly driver was there to meet me ,also helped me and my family with bags.

On return was asked to call when i had collected my bags ,to my surprise car was already waiting outside terminal for me.

such a great service thankyou.

defo use again and will put all my friends this way.
