Poor customer service

Booked an auto transfer to hotel in Punta Cana. Great value for money on the Travel Extra site but very poor customer service in Punta Cana. Turned up and couldn’t find the driver as instructed had to head back into airport for wifi to contact him. He then found us and took us to taxi where a different driver took us to hotel, he never spoke all the journey, the taxi was rattling and banging - didn’t feel safe on the roads.

A tour of Heathrow Airport

Booked this park and ride, first thing is the postcode takes you to the back of the car park where there is no entry The correct postcode is the one for the Premier Inn Bath Rd cost us time and hassle On the return we had to wait at the bus stop approximately 15 minutes When the bus arrived we had a tour of Heathrow airport We went to all terminals picking up and dropping off an hour later we still hadn’t arrived at Purple Parking didn’t want a tour just wanted to get my car and drive home Would hesitate to use again 😩😩

Transfer never turned up

Booked return transfer from Lisbon airport to city centre hotel no problem driver waiting at airport return was to be picked up at hotel at 6.50 am for 10 am flight car did not arrive so phoned number for driver given by the company no answer so phoned the holiday transfer company they couldn’t get hold of the driver so told us to find our own way to airport and get in touch with holiday extra for a refund ,so luckily the hotel got us a taxi and we got to the airport on time When we got home I followed the links on holiday extra site and clicked on transfer did not turn up and told them what had happened on the form ( no number to talk to someone so had use the form) and wrote we were disappointed with the no show and would like a refund for the return journey.A day or two later we got an email from holiday extra customer service who told us we do not qualify for their guarantee money back policy because we did not have a receipt for the taxi we had to get,but he would send our request to another department to see if they can help but it could take up to 21 days,I explained we were lucky to get a taxi and was worried we wouldn’t get to the airport on time and it never crossed my mind to ask for a receipt as I don’t understand what that’s got to do with it ,it doesn’t matter what I paid all we are asking for is half of our initial payment back for the no show return transfer, All this by email still no way to talk to a human being 10 days later still waiting for a result and still not able to speak to anybody. We have used holiday extras before with no problems but this incident has shown up how poor their customer service is and will not be using them again. transfer ref number x4LHLM-2 Complaint number TBJFQNHQ

Good in parts but a couple of let downs!

This was booked as a meet and greet….. two negatives issues…. 1. poor assistance when we phoned on return 2. we had to wait 10-15 mins for car. Otherwise it was ok.

These were the best value for airport hotel and parking, with the website quick and easy to use. Only issues we found were there was no direct way to speak with premier inn regarding the booking, and the car park barrier did not seem to recognise our registration. It took 2 attempts to drive in, and on return we had to call the buzzer as the barrier would not lift at all

Terrible customer service

A 40 Mon airport journey took over 1 1/2 hours, as driver couldn't find hotel even with Sat Nav. We had to use our data to show him the way.

I have tried to raise a complaint on the app & it isn't working. Contacted the chat service who gave me the same link. I then asked for an email & sent a complaint. Still waiting for a reply after 3 weeks after returning! Wasting more time trying to give feedback!,

Not ideal after a night flight at 5am in the morning! The hotel were, aware of the company Holiday Extras used & advised us against booking with them to return to the airport.

I used Car Park 2 @ BHX. I prefer it as is convenient for the terminal, secure and under cover and readily found.

OK but charged us extra

Car park close to airport, regular buses to take you to the airport terminal quickly. On arrival really struggled to find a parking space. Finally found one and got on a shuttle bus which dropped us off right at the terminal. Upon return we were delayed under 2 hours, when leaving the car park in the very early hours we were charged a u further £15. In the car park small print it says up to 6 hours charged at their discretion. The person at Jet Parks must have been having a bad day because they wouldn't refund us the £15 despite the guy at Holiday Extras trying for us.

Maple parking warning

Well we have used maple parking a few times over the past few years this will be our last. We did everything they asked phoned as soon as we got our bags your car will be 10 minutes sir they replied ?!!! After waiting 20 minutes in there car park, I phoned again, sorry sir it will be there in 2 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes phoned again, it’s on its way oh wait I think it’s there was the response. We where standing next to the little booth where the maple parking staff were no one asked what we were waiting for we did ask the men in the booth so then we ask again it’s in the car park somewhere was his reply, this was the same man we had asked before??? So we walked around and found the car then went back and got the key. So our 10 minutes ended up being around 40 whoever brought the car into the car park should have told us it was there, during this process I had heard the staff laughing at requests for from frustrated customers asking about their cars as they walked away saying to each other that’s maple parking, if staff act like this in earshot of customers I really don’t think they care about their job!!!!!
