I used the Airport parking feature (Mid-stay, Stanstead), as I have for several years now. The cost is getting more and more expensive - a quarter of the cost of the flights, in our case. I haven't had any problems with Holiday Extras - they take your money, you park, fly out, fly back and pick up your car - not a difficult process. I have been lucky. I dont know what they would be like if there were any problems involved with the flight or car and the only way to leave a really accurate review would be to see what they would be like if there WERE problems

We have used Holiday Extras for years to arrange our meet and greet parking at Stansted airport. So easy to arrange, great value for money and never had any problems ar all. All their staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

We had a terrible experience. On arrival, there weren’t enough staff to collect the cars — we had to park up and queue for 25 minutes behind four other families just to hand ours over. When we finally spoke to the gentleman, he insisted on taking a photo of us, which we later realised was for his own phone — apparently for extra commission. That means my and my family’s photo is now on a stranger’s phone without proper consent. Completely unacceptable and invasive. On our return, we followed instructions and called the number as soon as we had our luggage, but were told we’d called too early (despite being told to ring after collecting bags and clearing customs). We were then made to call again 30 seconds later, and told to wait five minutes before coming out — but the driver didn’t arrive for another 30 minutes. It was 3:30 AM, and once again, they blamed it on not having enough drivers. Awful communication, long delays, and completely unprofessional behaviour. Would never use again.

The airport to resort transfer and the resort back to the airport transfer were both good as they were quick once all passengers were on board and left not long after I got on the coach. Great value and communications by texts + e-mail.

Easy to book and amend booking. So easy to find them at Gatwick South. Friendly and prompt in taking car and upon return car there for us even thought flight was delayed. Excellent service all round. Great value for money.

I always book parking with H/E the staff are very helpful and make it all so easy

Took us ages to get through Passport control at our arrival airport but our driver had waited! Air-conditioned car & driver nice & speedy... v impressed!

Really easy process. Staff friendly and a very short walk to the terminal.

One less thing to think about when getting home from a holiday. Parking pre-paid and straight out of the car park with no fuss.

Short Run, Off-site Parking. Park Up, Leave Car, Take Your Keys & Catch Bus. Easy enough - just check bus on way back (ticket colours - White, Blue, Yellow etc). Not the cheapest, but it works…
