On 29th June 2015 used Stress Free Parking Meet and Greet Service, only it wasn't a service. Arrived at the airport having followed instructions to phone personal chauffeur 20 minutes before arrival at the airport. kept getting no reply despite numerous calls. In the end we had to park in the Long Stay carpark costing £110.00 when we returned from holiday.

Contacted customer relations upon return and were told that there had been a problem on that day and we would be reimbursed. However to date despite numerous phone calls and emails have still not received the full refund.

Customer relations have been unable to help and last week was given another email address for customer service parking solutions ad again I have received no reply.

I have used Stress Free Parking at Gatwick airport several times now and have always had excellent service. They are what I would refer to as a 'broker' in that when you search for parking on their website they give you a list of companies they work with at the airport who do the actual parking. However, I have always found the companies they use to be both professional and reliable and they are normally on the Gatwick Airport Approved Operator Scheme list. Strange as it may seem, going through Stress Free Parking rather than direct to the individual parking companies does not normally work out to be more expensive - I have done comparisons but still end up booking through Stress Free. Also, if you put yourself on the Stress Free mailing list they will regularly send you discount offers for using them and these discounts make them even more competitive.

For a long time airport parking has been that part of the holiday which has carried a very big concern for the traveller. The new Gatwick Airport Approved Operator Scheme is going some way to address this concern and I have found that by using Stress Free Parking the concern is further minimised. It is my experience that their name perfectly summarises the service they provide.
