We left our car with this company early one morning before going on holiday and when picked up noticed that there was a small dent on the side of the car (costing me £390 to repair). Even though their employee who picked up the car took photographs on pick up all round the car when I asked for a copy these were not available. Instead we were invited to go to their offices near Heathrow where we could view video footage that they say would show damage to the car when picked up (this is a 3 hour round trip and because of the next point we felt would be not worthwhile). They then drew my attention to the print at the bottom of the paperwork that you sign when you drop your car off. This states that unless you take photographs of your car at the point of drop off they have no responsibility for damages later encountered. For us when we dropped off the car no one said to do this and the agent himself took photos that were never seen again. If you do use this service please ensure that you take full photos of your car all round the bodywork and then send these to this company otherwise any damage wont be supported by them.

I used star parking at Heathrow in january 2013 and found there service was excellent. They called me to 20 mins before my meet time to check on my progress. On my arrival at the airport there driver was waiting to greet us.

When we arrived back to Heathrow our flight was delayed but we didnt need to worry as Star parking monitored our flight so they were aware of the delay and sent our car to the terminal once we collected our luggage. I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff.
