As requested I called 25 minutes before arrival at the gravel parking premises (meant to be 15 - gave extra time to be safe) so a driver would be waiting and ready to give us a lift to Stansted Airport for our flight, Still waited for 15 minutes in the Dark and cold of the early hours of the morning. Car was picked up with damage that was not on the vehicle when I handed the keys to their driver. Complained to Management and they refused to pay for the damages as well as questioning mine and my partners credibility. As the car is parked on a farm it was also picked up exceptionally dirtier than the clean condition I left it in only a few days later. The above points are my opinion of the bad service I received and therefor I will not use Stansted Offsite Parking again.
