Stansted Airport, Stansted Easy Parking Meet & Greet

It was easy to drop the car off and check in to the Meet n Greet but when we returned our car wasn't waiting for us. Instead we were told it was en route from the compound. About 12-20 others were also waiting for their car to arrive although we were all there at the appropriate time. There was obviously a major problem that night with so many customers waiting for their cars.

After waiting 20 minutes in the rain in the early hours of the morning our car appeared. Following a letter of complaint I was offered apologies but could not get any refund as 'the car was stored by them for the correct length of time' (and even 20 minutes longer!).

This service charges a premium fee and even a small gesture would have helped overcome my disappointment in the poor service received by us and many others that night.

Used this company over fifty time alway on time!

Great value compared to the other companies at Stanstead. Staff were really friendly and efficient, and I waited no more than minutes to collect car even though my flight was early. They called me when I dropped it off and were there to meet me.
