Stansted Airport, Stansted Comstrad Valet Parking

An absolute nightmare of a company and service. The actual booking and dropping off our vehicle was relatively trouble-free, however, collection of it was full of trouble!!

The driver dropped the car to us after 3 phone calls and about a 20 minute wait - only to 'do a runner' and leave responsiblity with another driver who was dropping off another family's car -and no wonder, our car was returned to us covered in feathers and mess and with a very large crack across the driver's side of the windscreen. The driver's reply was "well I'm only the driver - wasn't it there before?" Now after 7 days, 12 unreturned phone messages, 2 unhelpful (if not rude and argumentative) members of staff we have been informed in a 2 line email from their so-called 'Customer Support Manager' that it isn't their responsibility. I am absolutely flabbergasted - they took our car, parked it god knows where (10 miles away) and returned it damaged and will take absolutely no responsibilty whatsoever. Diabolical. I have flown from Stansted at least 3 times every year for the past 12 years and never used Comstrad Valet Parking before - and will certainly never use them again! *** BEWARE ***
