Avoid Like The Plague.
Staff who think its appropriate to swear and be rude to customers. Poorly lit, cramped car park. They charge you £2 each way for a 60 second journey to the airport. Would never ever use again.

On arrival had to search for 20 for a space which was, in a unmarked carpark.staff very vague with instructions and if you dont pressent you carpark ticket from pink elephant and without prompting will charge you £5 for short bus journey.beware the very rude and ignorant bus driver I am sure there must be better.

no frequent buses, lack of information at Hilton, charge for a transfer to Stanstead and back, while handing the car keys I have not been offered to take my house keys off the ring which made me feel rather insecure. Other car park buses leave eery 10-15 min so waiting for 30 in the freezing cold wind after a long flight is not pleasant.Also the ticket machine was broken so no working gate to enter and leave the4 car park, so much for security.

On arrival there was a queue for the reception as there was nobody there and we had to call the number on the door. The person on the desk complained how he hadn't stopped all day (but was having a cigarette when we got there). There were no clear directions on where we had to park.
Returning, we had to wait 20 mins for the bus but if we'd have missed the 11pm bus, we would have had to wait until midnight until the next one!!! We then had an even bigger queue than the first time around as again, nobody at the desk. We called the number but no answer. When he eventually arrived, he said the number on the door doesn't work!!!!!! Our car had then been parked right up the other end of the car park so we had to walk with our suitcases in the cold and rain! We then found out we could have got it cheaper parking in the (much easier, quicker and nicer) long stay car park at stansted. Be aware if u book parking with Thomas cook as they automatically give you this. (We assumed they'd booked us the usual long stay). Took us an extra hour to get home because of all the waiting around. Not reccommended at all. Slow service and poor customer service from the staff.
Bus Driver Left Me Stranded
I am leaving this review whilst waiting for the shuttle bus at Stansted Airport.
It is freezling cold and I just watched as the 12:00 bus depart ...at 11:54. This now leaves me with a 30 (or maybe 36, or who knows?) minute wait for the next bus to take me to the car park. I have also just phoned the "emergency" number supplied by PE and was told that departure times are determined by the bus driver's watch and that all managers were "in meetings" so there was no one to talk to about this. This is just pathetic. I now recall that I almost missed the outbound bus on this trip due to my details not appearing on PE's computer, despite having made a booking. So in short, I nearly missed my flight and have now missed a meeting. Thank you PE. I would not recommend this company or the service they claim to provide.
Christmas Surprise
I would like to comment on a great experience I had with parking my car with Pinkelephantparking during Christmas holidays at Hilton, Stansted!
I left my with pinkelephantparking while I flown out for my well deserved Christmas holiday. When I left my car, it had problems with one of the car windows not able to close properly and therefore letting rain through and getting my car seats wet. When I got back from holidays I was dreading to get back to my wet car.... to my surprise I found my car not only securely parked but also staff at Pinkelephantparking fixed my car window!!! Being a girl, I could not have done it myself. Unfortunately I do not know who helped me with this but it would be great if you could pass my appreciation to staff at pinkelephant! Thank you!

Dropped off car in immaculate condition to Pink Elephant, collected car after holiday to find a deep dent in the drivers door. Spoke to attendant who completed a damage claim form & photographs. Form was a poor photocopy with no contact details only had Meteor on top of the form.
Poor customer service response to my emails eventually got response from a manager who basically said tough luck, read our terms & conditions, not our problem.
Do take time to photograph your car at drop off point with date data on as proof

I highly recommend this because it is easy to use, there are no queues and the bus service to the airport is great!
There are many cheap hotels in Stanstead which provides you a quality service and a class facilities.Now in Stanstead ,you need not to pay a lot on accmodetion.

Excellent Service We Have Ever Got In Car Parks.th
Excellent service we have ever got in car parks.The best part is you don't have to stand in queues while leaving your car or taking your car back.Just park your car,take keys with you and on return pick up car from where you parked.On exit either use credit card used for booking or go to manned exits if haven't got that card.The bus service to and from airport was also excellent.Had not to wait for more than 5 minutes in both cases.

I think this service has a place in the world of parking at stansted. Namely for people who want cheap parking and dont mind having to wait or being treated like cattle.
Although they are not the cheapest by a long way.
Perhaps BAA (pink elephant) should review thier prices???
