I tried few times it suits me perfectly fine no worries

Booked parking easily, called to say 20 mins away they were waiting as promised. On return collected bags and within 5 mins they were there . No complaints

As with all 'Meet & Greet' serivces how do I know when I'm 30 mins from airport I live 240 miles away west on the M4, its not like its sign posted to tell me, always got to try and guess, what happens if theres traffic ahead acciedent or whatever from the time I phone. Funny find this bit really annoying

I have used "Safe Heathrow Parking" for a few years now, in general the service is good and efficient, providing you stick to the protocol laid down i.e. keep them informed of your arrival time and call promptly when returning. The staff are friendly and courteous and their rates are reasonable. I have no complaints

I have used these guys several times over the last year and they have been great every time. Prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Clutter free website. Easy to use booking system. Secure payment via PayPal. Helpful and punctual staff.

Nothing much to say bad about as offsite parking providers. but i have looked after very well. in fact i have forgotten to call them to let them know my presence. Fortunately there was a driver waiting to collect the car.

even on my return i was asked 8 mins to deliver the car but i got it in 9 mins which not bad at all.

will use them again.

Business Parking booked for 2 days at Heathrow Terminal 3 with Safe Heathrow Parking.Outbound Meet time 06.30 , Return Meet time 21.50

I have used a number of Meet and Greet parking companies and all have been excellent.

Safe Haethrow Parking was the complete opposite.

1.Initial Contact at 06.00a.m. on day of travel

I called them first on the mobile number and it went straight to voicemail.I then called them on the landline and a very sleepy woman answered.This was the first black mark.She advised that there would definitely be someone to meet me .I did not feel very re-assured.So I called them again when I was about 5 minutes away to just to check they were on their way.This time the mobile number was anwered and I was advised someone would be there in about 5 or 10 minutes.This was the second black mark.Punctuality is key to this type of service and for an esrly ,morning flight when every minute counts.

2.Late to Meet Me at Terminal

I had booked at 06.30 meet time and had a 07.40 a.m flight with hand luggage only and boarding card printed so I was ready to go straight through security.

They were late to meet me at the terminal by 5 minutes and every minute counts at that time.So this was not good as a further 5 minutes were required to complete the paperwork.Also whe n I called the mobile number on arrival to ask where they were , it was not answered.I suspect they recognised my number and chose not to answer it.Third black mark.

3.No Customer Service

The guy that met me was not very smartly dressed and did not greet me at all or apologise for being late which might have calmed the situation as I was really annoyed .I was rather short with him and told him that I was not impressed with him being late and he needed to be there on time as we needed at least 5 minutes to do the paperwork.He did not comment.

4.Return Meeting Time Also Late

I called them on clearing Passport Control and advised I would be out in 10 minutes.The guy said he would be there in 10 minutes.It was raining and quite windy but I was at the designated meet point in 10 minutes.The guy turned up 10 minutes late saying he had been there once already but couldn't stop so had to go round again.To be honest I didn't believe him as it was 22.00 and a number of cars were parked waiting for people and I didn't notice anyone asking them to move on.I would have accepted it if it was earlier in the day. He should have just said when I rang that he would be there in 20 minutes and to wait in the terminal until he rang as it was raining.That would have been acceptable to me and I would have appreciated his thoughtfulness.This has happened to me on a previous ocassion with another Meet and Greet company and inmpressed me as a good customer service.

The return guy was even more scruffily dressed than the first .There was absolutely no customer service , he didn't even say hello , just got out of the car told me to check it even though it was dark and raining leaving the driver door wide open , had a stretch and yawn and when I said it was ok , he just went.No good bye or thank you for using us and look forward to seeing you again.

SUMMARY

-Very sloppy service

-Not punctual

-No meet and greet manner (did not say hello , did not ask how flight was, did not help me with hand luggage-all these actions have been done by previous companies)

-Very scruffy drivers

-Booked this meet and greet slot at the same time as another.Do not intend to use them again , will just get a taxi for second trip.
