Gatwick north terminal official car park, no buses over the Xmas new year period, deny all conversations with bus drivers and complaints made. Missed our flight waiting 50 mins for a bus and full when it does arrive. if you want a good holiday book your car into a car park further away but hopefully with a better service. Ruined our new year , it's too late for us but if you want a better choice try somewhere else.

Have used them for years without problem until last month when they damaged by brand new car and refused to take responsiblity. Rude and unhelpful. No complaints procedure just constantly fobbed off and basically accused of lying. Will never use them again and would advise that no-one else does. Disgusted with the way they have treated a loyal and regular customer.
