I have used this service many times in the past but recently returned from holiday to find my new car with a chip in the door and a small scratch on the rear door. Having reported the incident it was noted that the company have 14 days to investigate the incident. The car has 2000 miles on it and was in showroom condition when it arrived. In the intervening 14 days I have tried on 5 occasions to speak with senior staff to understand the process. Each time I have been promised a return call that never came. I am now outside of the 14 days and have no contact from the Company. Do not use them as clearly if they damage your car, they are not interested in doing anything about it!

I've been using these guys for several years now - about 3 or 4 times a year. Always best value, and superb service. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I have used Park and Fly on a number of occassions and as a lone traveller I have always been impressed by the friendliness and help, shown to me.

My last stay was in October, on arrival I was shocked to find that the overnight hotel I had prebooked was not on the airport complex. P and F staff, were so helpful, gave me directions, printed off a map and then went on to book me in, as it was a very early 7am flight next morning. All I had to do was return next morning and I was immediatly taken to departures.

On my return at 12am on a freezing cold night, my car had not started but the fantastic staff had it ready and running for me. I could not have been better looked after.

I use Newcastle airport 5/6 times a year and would never consider using any other parking facility.

I've used Park and Fly twice this year. Very easy to book, friendly helpful staff, as a lone traveller it feels much safer than using the main airport car park.

Every time I've used Newcastle Airport Park and Fly over many years It's been easy to book, the staff have been friendly and helpful,I've never had to wait long to be picked at the airport on return, my car has been safe and left in a convenient place to retrieve when I've returned. Always had excellent service.

We've always used park and fly. Excellent service. The car is always safe, cared for and awaiting on our return. Friendly, helpful staff. Provided a quick, speedy transition both outbound and on our return home from the airport.

Provides a more personal service, which we preferred. Fast and efficient.

Our cases were handled for us, unlike the airport parking, so no heavy lifting. All - in - all a happy, smooth and safe transfer.

The mini buses are always well cared for, warm and comfortable and readily available.

Have recommended to friends and family.

Can't think of any criticisms or improvements needed.

In the past a have encountered some problems, the main one being about two years ago when I found my car with a flat battery on return from holiday, the vehicle had been moved to a new position the evening prior to my return with the lights left on.

It took some time before the staff eventually managed to get someone from the airport to come and start the vehicle, although I complained the response from the site manager was very poor.

However overall the service is very good, they do have a card system for customers comments and I did make a suggestion of a discount for regular customers but no response was received.
