A really good service let down by lack of organised staff and transport. Great price and location, with some super extras such as wash and valet your car while away. Except for the drop off point which is a fair walk with children and luggage. I wish we had known about the Pick up/ Drop off point which is horrendous at peak times with limited buses available for customers. Queues of people with skiis etc. first to push to the front get the seats. We had to wait in the cold with our luggage and children. I ended up getting on a bus alone and driving back to get my family.Children and the infirm should not attempt this service unless you meet and greet.
