Meteor Meet and Greet, Heathrow

Just got back from my trip with my husband and two young kids and we used the Meteor service at Heathrow. I have to say this is the easiest parking experience I have had!

We arrived at the terminal a little late! (im sure you know how it is with a young family!) and the man was waiting for us, still with a smile! We checked in so quickly after this and went away on our lovely holiday,

We arrived back two weeks later and I had somehow lost the card we were given with the return phone number on, I looked up the number on the meet and greet website, gave them a ring and let them know we had arrived. We went to the waiting point and they were pulling in as we were stepping out of the door! This was great as we could load the kids in and drive away asap which was a lot better than waiting for a bus ride!

I think the service was great and although there is always negative reviews on the web I tried and loved them and will definatly go back!

Disappointed that this company have decided to charge extra for people delayed by volcano while many of their competitors have not. Slow to bring car to meet us despite my having rung earlier to let them know our rebooked flight and again after getting our bags. Nowehere near as good as other meet and greet companies I have used in the past and I will not use them again.
