Great customer service. Even went smoothly, and when I found I'd left my passport in the car, they brought it back to the terminal so I could get it within five minutes. On arrival the car was ready and waiting for me, not even a minute's delay in getting away. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

I was left waiting for 1 hr and 15 mins for my car , this is totally unacceptable .after a 7.5 hr flight this is unfair . the excuse give was keys at first then , they couldn’t find my car . sent over 25 emails not even a reply a joke of a company wont even answer calls . if you want your car safe and customer service then this isn't for you find a alternative company !!!!

MBW MEET & GREET (LHR T5 on 22/APR/18) - I arrived but they didn't EVEN have the paperwork relating to my booking. MBW then tried to get me to sign a blank form that they would fill in afterwards (which I refused). The man then told me that I would have to wait whilst he served other customers that were behind me in the queue!

On arrival (LHR T3 on 27/APR/18) - MBW tried to get me to sign the collection and release form BEFORE letting me see my car. Again, I refused and insisted on viewing my car first, which was just as well because I saw that there were some big scratches that were not there when I left my car with the them. It looks as if someone keyed my car right through the paintwork!

I reported this to the agent and followed his instructions, but MBW ignored my subsequent complaint and I had to threaten them in order to get a response. They are now trying to tell me that I didn't file a claim with photos 'prior to departure' and that I am not eligible to claim for their negligence! I will ignore their useless attempt to avoid their responsibilities and pursue this matter through the Courts if necessary.

Given that I have no information whatsoever about their parking facilities, I can't help thinking of the recent news about shoddy airport parking companies dumping cars in streets and leaving keys in them etc! I have no idea if MBW Parking is one of these types of companies but, based purely on my own experience with them, I would not be at all surprised.

Either way, I strongly advise that people to not use MBW Parking

I had an unusual experience with MBW in which my car broke whilst in their hands. I was contacted by a member of their team who was fantastic in helping to resolve the issue, going out of their way to ensure that the issue could be resolved. By the time I had landed my car had been seen to and fixed and was brought back to meet me promptly.

All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. This could have been a very stressful experience had the car parking agency I choose not been so good at customer service and I am very grateful for that and highly recommend using MBW.

Fantastic service from start to finish, very helpful staff at Heathrow. Would definitely use them again!
