[3:59:32 PM] Asim Bhi: High charges and always full. Used it last week when went to pick a mate of mine, coming from Sweden. It cost me unexpectedly high, I wish they could there were any free parkings.

Use this inside multistory car park, it is almost inside the terminal, on a cold night you cross one road from the terminal & into the car park, 10/10

Given the bad reviews, i think they have learnt from their mistakes. I did not have any troubles.

Did not experience any troubles and i am feeling lucky given the bad reviews here.

Had the same problem with the rising bollard, luckily no big of a damage occurred.

This service is not what it says, i found out after that my car was not insured, they have my keys and car surely this should be advertised before making a booking. Watch out, i say be careful who you use and ask the question

I feel I have to warn anyone who enters this carpark at Carrington to do so at their own risk. There is a rising bollard on the way in which was down as we approached, then it rose as our engine went over it damaging the radiator and front of the car. The security guard lowered it afterwards. There seemed to be no rising bollards operating on the way out! Great start and end to to our holiday. We had to call our recovery company to take us home and pay excess on our insurance.

Good value from value parking but poor organisation. Return pick-up is badly organised.You are given a MOBILE number which is connected to an answering machine with the instruction to NOT leave a message but to ring back. On my third phone call it was answered by a person but the cash ran out long before the pick up instructions. My fourth telephone call directed me to the mini-van WITHOUT the "Value Parking" name on it- parked with 15 other mini vans.I would have liked to know why the price was so low.
