Exiting The Car Park
I paid £25 to park at Manchester Airport T3 Multistory car park on 4th dec 2013 for a day for a work related trip to Scotland. On returning I had to spend 45 minutes in a queue of cars trying to exit the car park, due to the new token system they have installed. There were no staff around to sort out the situation that had developed, even though they must have known, as the number of drivers exiting the car park needed assistance. I would be very reluctant to park at Manchester Airport again.

Parking at Manchester Airport T2 meet and greet was fantastic. We took a wrong turn at a roundabout but when we finally got in the car park it was spot on. We went into reception, got sorted by a friendly member of staff, handed in our keys and after a 2 min walk were in the airport waiting excitedly for our flight to Cuba. On our return we went to reception, picked up the keys with no fuss and waled about 50 yards to the car. After having two weeks of brilliant weather it was a bit of a culture shock to have to scrape the ice off the windscreen! Excellent service. Have already booked again to use in March and July next year.
Do not park at the Multiple storey Terminal 2 car park! We found it very difficult to find and when we eventually did find the entrance they wouldn't recognise the card I'd pre-booked and paid with so had to wait for a staff member to find my booking, whilst causing a huge queue behind! Then, Upon retuning to my car after a weeks holiday I discovered a huge scratch all down the side of my car and when I informed a staff member i was told there was absolutely nothing they could do!

You Might As Well Park In An Open Field For A Week
One man band -tatty outfit, down dirt track.
No security worth mentioning - we arrived and the place was deserted - took 15mins for someone to turn up - good job we weren't car theives as place is open, dimly lit/dark, no security fence, and not even a dog in sight! Tatty mini bus looked to be 20 years old plus.
It was cheap but so is parking your car in a field for a fortnight - won't use again no matter how cheap. By far the worst experience (and we've tried a few)at Manchester Airport.

I Arrived Late But Once I Got There, It Took About
I arrived late but once I got there, it took about 5 minutes to park and unload the car. I gave Secure Airport Parking my keys in, signed and paid. That was it. Then took about 5 minutes to get to Terminal 2 like they said it would. When I got back, I called them to collect me from the airport and when I got out the airport, they were waiting at the collection point. All in all a good experience. We will definitely be using them again.

Secure airport parking is just wasteland and has only 1 member of staff working, this is on a weekend he just pins a note to the door to welcome people. Then to top the lot when they have dented your car they deny doing it
