i rang up to alter my details, and to my horror found the have gome bust!!!!.

No information or refund as yet.

absoluteley rubish.over loaded with cars and waited for 40mins to be taken to the airport.a load of rubish.staff were great and clearly wasnt there fault. the driver made us all laugh which was the best thing about the company carnt remember his name but he said he wasnt from manchester so thankyou for getting us there and making us laugh but otherewise this company should be avoided.

Very pleasant experience on arrival and drop off at airport - Sean was our driver.

On return, the experience was completely different, the driver seemed to think he was a rally driver, driving too fast around corners.When asked politely to slow down, he rudely said 'do you want to get out here'in the middle of nowhere to a lady passenger (and customer, in case he had forgotten)and continued to drive recklessly.

There are many choices of car park at the airport, we won't use this one again, although in many respects it is convenient.

Oh crikey, I used to say that securapark at Manchester was a 5 star service (I've used them at least 4 times before) but my most recent experience was terrible. The car park was fully booked when we arrived as planned at 4am even though we had paid fully for the service. We were turned away and told to park at Manchester airport short stay car park and to keep all our receipts so we could get a full refund for both car parks. We couldn't find the way to the airport so we got lost on the housing estate but thankfully we followed a taxi and got there eventually. Back at the airport after our break we were hit with a bill for £162, we kept all receipts only to be told the day after by a very rude woman (who told me I didn't understand what I'd been told!) that there was no way we would be getting any money back. I was flabbergasted! Thankfully we,d booked through an agent in Blackpool who arranged for a refund, needless to say I will never be using or recommending securapark at Manchester again.
