Manchester Airport, Valet Park, T1 and T3

This is the first time I have booked this service, and was a bit worried as it was a surprise trip for my husband, and I wanted it to go smoothly. The service was great! Everything from the ease of booking to even receiving travel information by text on about M6 delays on the way to the airport! The staff were professional and friendly, even at 3am! I feel the price was great for the service, I would highly recommend the service for a stress free start and end to your time away,many thanks!

Manchester Airport, Valet Park, T1 and T3

When I booked this the info made it sound like I dropped my car off right outside the terminal building, under cover, leaving the keys with a member of staff who would drive your car to a secure area while you went to check in for your flight. Well, to start with I had to park the car away from the office where I had to take my keys. Normally this wouldn't be a problem. I don't mind walking, and it wasn't very far. Unfortunately, on this occasion there was driving wind and rain, and by the time I had got my family and luggage out, taken the keys to the office and then got into the terminal, we were all soaked to the skin. Luckily, on the return journey the weather was kinder. But it was a significantly longer walk to get my car (I thought valet parking was when you waited while somebody collected your car and bought it to you). Had it been poor weather again, I would have been extremely unhappy. This is not "Valet Parking" in any way shape or form. However, when you consider what it costs to park for a day in an average multi story car park, this is reasonably cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. But I'll stress again, this should not be called "Valet Parking". I won't be using this service again. Next time I will pay a little more and get a hotel room that includes secure parking and transport (right to the door)to and from the airport.

Use this facility 3 or 4 times a year but in December had problems entering the car park as the system had changed to number plate recognition and did not spot this on the confirmation. I had to take a token to get in and on leaving they wanted to charge me over £100 for 3 days instead of the pre paid amount of £38. The guys were very helpful and let me out but I think there should have been more details of the change to the system on the booking confirmation. Others be aware if you have not use the new system!

secure parking? stress free!you drive in hand over your keys,instantly your security has gone.lots of people use sat navs to get around,you use them to get to the airport? you dont want to take them on holiday with you so you lock it in your glovebox in your secure car? check you still have your valuables on return.my sat nav was missing.reported it to the contact number same day.

they dont want to know,you have to remove your valuables!

the car is in there care in secured car parking.the only people who have access to your valuables then are there employees?
