Luton Airport Parking Central Car Storage

I have used Central Car Storage many times and their customer service is just excellent. They always go the extra mile. Last time my car had a flat battery so they jump started it and left it running so that it was charged and ready for me as soon as I arrived. They are just brilliant and I wouldn't even look anywhere else!

Arrived as a family in two cars going to Luton airport after reading reviews for various places. Much cheaper than onsite parking, not as cheap as a few others but read more than a handful of damage stories etc. for those ones and didn't want risk it.

The guys there friendly and polite and explained what to do for returning. They didn't take any pictures or anything (so I took my own in case having been made paranoid!). It was a very short minibus trip to the airport. On return I called the number on the card as I collected my luggage and the minibus was outside before we were. On return into the car park both of our cars were waiting ready. Just had to pick up the keys from the office which was done without any delay.

After reading all the stories about damage, extra miles, lost keys, hours of waiting for drop-offs/pick-ups and rudeness etc. I was really very pleased.

Used for the first time and will use them again. The staff at Central Car Storage were very polite and helpful. Both of the drivers were great and our return driver also helped us load our 136 kilos of luggage into our car and he was still smiling at the end!

Very happy overall.

I would strongly urge people not to use this company if they value their car.

The company took photos of my vehicle on delivery, when we got back a week later at 12:30am I checked the car and all appeared to be ok. Pulled into a garage on the way home and noticed two dents and a scratch under the rear bumper. I contacted them and I was told they would check with the night shift and call me back. I had to phone four times as they never returned my calls only to be told the photos they took on arrival showed no dents or scratch. What a surprise!! I really take care of my car if you are of the same mind

Nothing wrong with the service, but the driver of the minibus who picked us up was decidely rude and that within hearing of other passengers already on the bus. We hadn't called the centre at the time he thought we should have called and when I explained why this was (because we wanted to find the pick-up point before phoning) he did not listen. It was no way to treat a paying customer, we were well and truly 'told off'! No reply of any kind when I complained to them the next day, citing flight number and all details. Would not recommend other than for cheapness.

We have used this company a few times and all ok, but this last time we have a bad scratch on the door.

The company photos were taken on delivery, when we got back a week later the car was dusty thats ok i was going to wash it the next morning, when i found the bad scratch. Contacted them and really they did not want to know, their pre taken photos showed no scratch, i am convinced it happened on their site, by persons unknown.

So even at midnight on a cold and wet night you are totally responsible to examine your car from top to toe before leaving their premisses.

I will not be using this company again.

Well according to the T&C they can “remove” from your car whatever they want, so just a friendly advice: Do not leave anything in your car. I had an unpleasant experience and they just explain to me over the e-mail (and not kindly) that because of their T&C I cannot do anything about it…

I had to shorten my trip because of illness. This company wouldn't let me use the parking time that I had paid for because I didn't arrive exactly when I said I would.

I feel I have been treated terribly by this company and will definitely not be using them in future.

Just had to write a review - good service like this must be applauded. Booked online - great price, very simple. Directions spot on. Arrived earlier than booked but no problems whatsoever & was transferred to terminal as soon as I was ready. On return minibus pick-up arrived very quickly - it is literally 5 minutes from terminal. Car was moved ready to exit on arrival back. Friendly helpful staff on both occasions - even at 03:00!! Thoroughly recommend.

With all the bad publicity about airport parking at the moment I just had to write to say that Central Car Storage is FABULOUS. I have used them many times now and always had fantastic, friendly service no matter what time I am flying - day or night, summer or winter. I would recommend this car park to anyone flying from Luton.
