I had a nightmare experience with Las Vegas off site parking at Fortune Hotel & Casino. I booked online through BestParking.com In addition to my flight being delayed 2 hours, I waited 1 1/2 hours for pick-up by Fortune shuttle and then once I did finally get to my car, I had 2 more hours to drive to get home arriving at 3:30 AM. I almost fell asleep driving.

The problem with Fortune was a communication problem between the Hotel front desk and the driver. I called as soon as I picked up my bag and proceeded to the hotel shuttle pick-up area as told. Evidently, there was a family waiting that had not called and just happen to be there when the Fortune van pulled up and they got my ride before I arrived at the pick-up area. 30 minutes later, I called again and the front desk just said he was on his way without checking with the driver. An hour later, I called again and she said that the driver told her I was already picked up. I called again 20 minutes later and he finally showed up after waiting 1 1/2 hours. Also I had pre-paid for 6 days, but parked for 5 days and did not receive a refund for the extra day.
