Hand-overs could not have been smoother.The owner, was waiting for us when we dropped the car off and arrived within five minutes after we telephoned on our return. He also warned us about local traffic conditions which was a big help in avoiding potential jams on the way home. This is the kind of service that all meet and greet firms should aspire to. Definitely recommended and definitely one to tell your friends about.

We had booked meet and greet airport parking with another company who didn't show up. He was at the airport collecting a car for another client, and not only agreed to help us out, also gave us a discounted rate as he could see we were stranded.

It's always a risk giving credit card details to a stranger, but by the time we had landed at our destination, we had all the usual booking confirmation emails and had felt reassured.

On our return journey, I had a text upon landing advising where he will meet us. He even knew we had landed at a different terminal before we did.

All in all, a great service and would highly recommend.

I am a repeat customer and have been using the meet and greet services from both terminals. For the last two vacations I have opted to stay at the Hilton overnight and have my car picked up from the hotel door.

The staff are very professional, friendly and customer focus and delivery of a first class standard present from the off. The website and booking system is great. Repeat customers and Recommendations go a long way revealing great rates.

The staff use email and text messaging to remind you of your booking. Your expected arrival and provide easy to understand instructions.

On returning you can pick up from the hotels or from the orange car park without the fuss.

The staff are prompt and the car comes back on time and has been looked after.

I cannot fault their services and will continue to use them again and again.

From first contact we recieved an email with booking details and contact telephone number,an email before we travelled, reminder text on the day we were travelling.

Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at airport so no rushing or waiting.

I managed to book the wrong day with the person I dealt with @ KKS for our 4am meet & greet parking service so when I called 20 minutes prior to my arrival at 3.30am even though I was not expected they were with me when I arrived at Gatwick – Excellent service.
