Have Booked This Carpark Twice And Had Problems Both Times

First time I booked, I couldn't get out because it didn't recognise my number plate and had to call for help.

Second time was asked to pay a fine because I was in wrong car park although it was the same park as the first!

Very confusing.

No Flexibility And Poor Service,

Booked one weeks parking with ipark flying with Easy Jet on Naples route. Flight times changed by Easy Jet 6 weeks before holiday.Contacted ipark and explained needed adjustment and wanted to pay for extra day parking, informed costs £30 which when only paid £33 for weeks parking, was not happy. Be careful when using this car park especially if you get delayed on your return!

Web Site Rip Off

Booked IPark online before current holiday, flying to France from Liverpool.

Booked using the non flexi option, no need to and did not expect to make any mistakes.

Typed in correct departure and return details, confirmation came back without these but with the default dates and times for the day we booked it ( the details in place before you alter them ).

Being non flexi could not alter the dates, £40 in the bank for IPark. We had to book another car park not wanting to risk using IPark again, another £40.

I'm computer skilled and checked what I typed in, feel sorry especially for older people who might feel they made a mistake and accept being ripped off, how many must be out there who have swelled the coffers of IParks bosses?

Lack Of Flexibility In Unforeseen Circumstances

Travelling alone and following serious injury to my ankle when on holiday, I returned to the airport unable to walk or drive. I was forced to leave the car on the park for an extra day. It was very difficult to find out what to do in these circumstances. A phone call to the number on website did not help. After much going back and forth between ticket machines car parks and the office, my brother in law was able to get my husband, me and luggage to the car within 24hours of the original booking. The shock was an additional payment required of £60. This seems extortionate and I do not know yet whether it can be claimed through my insurance. Not impressed by this high cost that seems like a fine, or the inefficiency of the help and support provided in already stressful circumstances.

Booked In Advance But No Spaces Available!!!

No spaces to park when we arrived. After driving round and round for 15 minutes we ended up having to park on a grass verge along with a number of other cars. Returned to find a parking ticket slapped on our windscreen. When we complained they made a statement that on the morning in question there were over 900 spaces available. Why would we abandon on car on a grass verge for 10 days if there were 900 other spaces that we could have parked in? Its absolute rubbish!

The Most Expensive Parking

I booked parking for two weeks. during the holidays I extended my stay for a one week. For this week I should pay 15.75 pounds (preebook 2.25 per day) But I paid 110 pounds. I explained to them that they have just written on the website. They would not listen. That's why I give a negative comment, and warn others.

their questions and answers on the website:

1-What if my flight is delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?

Unlike the city of Liverpool, car parking with us is flexible. You can pay for any additional parking time on your return.

Doesn't Get Any Easier Than This

When I arrived on the airport grounds I was pleased to see that the first available parking was the ipark, the third exit on the main roundabout to the airport terminal.I had booked in advance(recommended)so I knew that I would get a space.

It was a short walk to the terminal, approx 3 minutes, just as advertised.

Although the price was reasonable,I did expect it to be cheaper due to the way the web page advertised the prices.

On the whole I would highly recommend using ipark as the start of any break or holiday.

Great Service Shame About Booking Fee

Good price (apart from rip off £2.50 booking fee), really close to the terminal and easy to find and park.

In And Out Without A Doubt

The system works very well and I suspect that it couldn't be simpler. The only minor detraction was the fact that there is no 'escape' if you turn up at the barrier earlier than expected or by mistake; if that is the case then you have to back out of what is effectively a 'one way' street - I noticed a couple of people do that.
