SKYDRIVE/SKYPARKS Picked up my brand new Audi from Heathrow T4. It was then dropped off to me having been badly scuffed at the front. They tried to give me the keys and not say anything. The emails to me have followed with "alleged incident" as the title of email, no apologies, just a refusal to help or take responsibility. Never ever use these people. They couldn't care less about customers. Seeing them drive customers vehicles, I doubt those that pick up the cars have UK driving licences. It would be a safer bet to leave your car on double yellow lines somewhere with the keys still in the ignition. These people will trash your car and not care. The fuel level was also a lot lower suggesting they have been using the vehicle whilst away. Liars, untrustworthy sums up this company and remember to avoid SKYDRIVE, an arm of skyparks. Youve been warned about them. Dont make the mistake I made, paying a bit more for parking is worth it believe me.

This Company, Sky Park Meet And Greet, Seemed Like
This company, Sky Park Meet and Greet, seemed like and excellent option at first but their service soon unravels. First of all, when I called to confirm our dates and times, they told me I owed them an extra £20 as we were coming out of their hours. This had not been mentioned when we booked and payed earlier online, and had we not called prior we would have just had to pay on arrival! I do not mind the extra charge as we were going very early, but they should have told us, and put it on their website.
Secondly, when we called them 20 minuted from the airport, they said great we will see you soon, and we ended up waiting 15 minutes for them to turn up. not a great length of time, but when they advertised that they would be there before us, it was a disappointment.
The man at the airport was very nice, and we had no trouble with them taking the car.
On arrival home at heathrow, we called and were told the driver was at a different terminal, so it would be a 15 minute wait. This seemed fine with us. When the driver finally turned up an hour later we were less than impressed! it was apparently due to traffic but we saw none of this as we left the airport.
The company also include a free car wash, however my car turned up very very dirty, and the driver said it was because it was raining!!!
Please do not use this service, they are terrible, unreliable, and incompetant.
you seem like the worlds easiest going person.
1.There was a stealth charge £20 - but you do not mind
2.waiting 15 mins after 20mins notice (35m) " you say not a great deal of time"
3. 1 hour wait on return - 15m clearly a lie - you were only "less than impressed"
4.free car wash not done
I would question why skyparksecure do not take the full fee at point of booking - offering over 200 car parks at 27 airports surely this is within their capabilities????? I hope the other 199 are better than this one. I do not think I would like to see for myself

Not A Service I Will Ever Use Again. I Would Sugge
Not a service I will ever use again. I would suggest people save themselves the extra £40 or so and park their cars at one of the many car parks around heathrow and get the bus back in.
