Heathrow - Park to Flight

I have used three parking companies at heathrow this one was probably the best just because i had a brillient friendly service and i could pay by cash.

This company nearly ruined our holiday - we had booked to go away on Oct 30 and got told to go to the Colnbrook Centre, upon arriving there - it was apparent that it was closed up - we phoned a number that was on the portacabin door and phoned and phoned until eventually got someone who told us to meet them at the airport instead 'as they had now changed and did a meet and greet service instead' yeah right!.. we went to where they had suggested but they did not turn up - we phoned again, they told us to wait and they would arrive, it didnt happen, we phoned and got a turned off phone :o( we were desperate and we were minutes from missing our flight to the states, we had to make a very quick last minute decision to use Purple Parking who were onsite, thank got they were there, or else we would have missed out on our £3000 trip away. We were not the only ones affected that day - we met someone who had flown in and was expecting 'Park to flight' to meet them a the airport with their car... no such luck, i dont think they ever turned up :o/ I would be interested to know if the poor man and his tired family ever got their car back?

Cannot believe this company were allowed to operate - we are currently in the process of going through trading standards and taking this company to court, they have disappeared of course and all attempts at contacting them have got nowhere :o/

I understand this company is now in administration, and I am desperately trying to find out where my daughter's car is, as it has to be moved by 17th Jan and they don't get back from Oz until 21st. Voice mail, mail box full etc. etc.

our experience of this company was terrible. We had a 24 hour journey with 2 connecting flights which went brilliantly only to wait 1hour 35 minutes for our car to arrive at Heathrow. No matter how cheap this company is, nothing is worth waiting in the cold for that length of time making numerous mobile phone calls to hear endless tales of 'will be with you shortly'. I would never use this company again.

Had my parking cancelled on the day I was driving to heathrow. I quickly had to find other arrangements. I was promised a refund that has not materialised. I think this company may be a scam.

Booked heathrow park to flight silver meet and great service on sep 1st , on arrival mon 29nov the parking area was closed up . (Colnbrook Car Centre )Tried phone number un obtainable Had to go long stay ,On returning home phoned 0844 800 8722 spoke to the Owner who assured me i would get a full refund .Not holding my breath though .

lost my £60, no-one answered the phone, I expect they will have liquidated and started a new scam by now- shouldn't the police be involved?

Please be aware this company Park to Flight is in liquidation and money will not be returned and parking non exsistant.

On booking the process was straight forward, online booking is easy enough, you are to phone when you are 35 minutes away which we did and on arrival at the short stay car park a representative of Park to flight was there to meet us. What followed bothered me as the guy had no ID or any documentation regarding the contract however as we had already paid and were travelling with a new born we had little time to try any thing new to had to leave the car with this complete stranger on the top of T3's short stay car park.

The problems we had was on our return. We phoned as instructed when upon landing and again when we had picked up our luggage and were told the car would be with us in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later and still no sign of the car. After trying to get through to their call centre (which as everyone on this review site says) it goes through to voicemail so it is rather worrying. We eventually got through and were told the driver is on his way and to sit tight. The top of T3 is not very pleasant especially in the middle of winter. The car eventually did show up however 2 hours after landing and our initial phone call. The driver parked up, gave us our ticket to leave the car park and left. In the process of packing the bags into the car I found that my rear windscreen wiper had been broken in half. I immediately phoned the call centre to ask for an explanation but was told they need to talk to the driver and get back to me. I am still currently waiting for a reply and don't hold out for any compensation.

Personally I would never use this service again and would definitely not recommend them as you have no idea where your car is going, no idea who is taking it and no idea whether it will come back in one piece. Also I last almost half a tank of petrol in the process so you have been warned.

Rather pay that few pennies more and drop your car off at a proper site.

We booked park to flight despite negative comments on the web and boy did we regret it - we had our car stolen from their supposedly secure compound so my advice would be steer clear of these guys, they didnt even have the courtesy to help us out on our return and showed no remorse whatsoever. they have completely walked away from any accountability. Stick with an established name and make sure they havent had any cars stolen!
