I used these guys a few years ago and the service was excellent. I was about to use them again and just read all the negative reviews and the fact that they have gone into liquidation.

I am shocked and so disappointed!

When I used them previously, they were even offering a pricematch. They refunded me £5 because I had found another parking supplier slightly cheaper. All very professional, polite, helpful staff and turned up on time to collect us.

I do believe some of the staff there were genuine, but something obviously went seriously wrong.

We were going to Australia in February, booked the parking back in November and fortunatley tried to contact the company the night before. After doing some research we discovered that they had gone into liquidation. If you haven't yet recovered your money then write to the liquidators - The Insolvency Service, Official Receivers Office reading, 3D Apex Plaza, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 1AX

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY as they no longer exist. They took my fee last year but no longer trade. I am trying to get my money back.

booked with this company, said they could not work because of weather. still owe us money from christmas time. love to meet up with the man, but dont think he is man enough.

whatever you do DO NOT BOOK PARKING WITH THIS COMPANY they do not exist we booked and paid by debit card for 9th feb 2011 till 4th march costing us

£80 only to find when we turned up at the compound that they do not trade anymore. we then had to go to the nearest car parking which cost us £360 for 3 weeks parking. these people must be stopped from ripping people off.

I too am a victim of this company. Booked for a stay over the Christmas period and when arrived there on 20th Dec 2010 found the parking area locked up. Phoned the number on the gate and was told that they were closed due to bad weather. We had to search for alternative parking and ended up in the terminal 5 long stay car park at massive expence. All efforts to contact the company since have failed. They should be prosecuted for taking money under false pretences as they obviously have no intention of repaying money received in advance. All adverts for this company should be removed from the web.

Advice for all that have been ripped off by this company. If you paid by credit or debit card inform your bank of the situation. I was refunded the £50 booking fee. You need to supply evidence of communication and booking and contact with the company etc. Doesnt make up for the £125 for the long term carpark I had to use instead but it made me feel a bit better!

having read other reviews I realise i am not alone. had used then 2 or 3 times and had no problem but in Nov. having prebooked I turned up to find the compound locked and land line plus mobile numbers not working. had to park in expensive long term. tried many emails and phone calls on my return plus registered letters following advice from trading standards. have got absolutely nowhere. DO NOT USE

We booked with Easy Parking, Heathrow last July for our holiday in April. Some friends first told us they had a bit of a problem before Christmas, when they turned up at Colnbrook, and nobody was there. A man then turned up and they had to follow him back to Heathrow where he took the car and said they were doing valet parking. They did wonder if they would ever see their car again. Fortunately, they got the car back when they returned from holiday, but we have been trying to contact the company ever since, but to no avail. We are now having top book with another company. We have contacted Trading Standards about this company. I would give this company 0/5.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They left my car in the Terminal Car park for 2 weeks unlocked with the keys inside. When we got back (not surprisingly) they could not find our car in their car park. We found our car exactly where we had been told to leave it by them, locked (by the Police) and no way of getting the keys before the next day. They suggested we stay at the Travelodge at their expense. We recovered the car the next day but they have refused to reimburse us for the hotel and other costs. they are a shambles, inefficient and dishonest. Writing to their Directors was of no use either. Stay well away from them. NJW
