Heathrow, Airport Economy Parking

Recently, I have used heathrow parking service many times in UK. I found this cheapest and easiest way to book and pay for your parking at Heathrow through http://heathrowparking.org/. We can keep our car safe and secure through heathrow parking. I will recommend to use heathrow parking service.

This place is extremely poor. They dented my car and then didn't want to know.

Go to a reputable company instead

Booked the T4/T5 car park through airparks.co.uk who stated on their website that the car park indemnified the customer for damage to vehicles and that no keys were kept by them. Both of these turned out to be untrue! I refused to leave my keys and was told in no uncertain terms that any damage to my car would be my responsibility.

The car park itself was down a small unlit lane and was itself unhindered by any form of lighting. There was only a scabbly little portacabin to wait in, but, mercifully, the old Transit minibus wasn't long coming. Didn't have to wait too long on arrival back in the UK either, so they did redeem themselves in a small way. As it was dark it was lucky I had a torch to look round the car's bodywork for scratches before hurriedly leaving!

I booked this through Airmiles thinking it was BCP arrived in the dark, eventually found this unlit filthy old yard by chance. There was no lighting but the yard was surrounded by scrap yards, a lovely place to be at night. If I had been on my own I would not have entered the site. After waiting, eventually put into a very aged transit van which was so dirty I was loathed to sit on the seats. It took ages to get to the terminal and the driver just stopped and said nothing. On return I phoned as directed but queried the instruction 'go to the west door' as there was no sign to indicate where this was, I was rudely told to ask somebody. We stood outside in the rain with fellow Economy Customers for 40 minutes some had been waiting over an hour. Because it was dark we could not inspect the car for damage.I have formally complained to Airmiles and BCP who have said 'they will look into it', but I got the feeling we were the only complainers, I have now read the reviews on this site and realise this is not true. Not recommended.

Arrived at Car park in good time for flight and check-in etc. Parked up and had to wait in grotty porta-cabin, no refreshment machine and limited seating. Staff appeared to have had no customer service training, attitude of staff on counter something to be desired. From my understanding they were a driver down, signs clearly marked all over the porta-cabin that transfers were every 10 - 15 mins, after 50 mins we were off to the terminal in a van!!!! From the off the driver knew he had to drop at terminal 1 - 2 then 3, our driver decides on 1 -3 then 2 making us even later for check-in.

Eventually made our flight with 15 - 20 mins left to check in.

I know its cheap but its cheap for a reason. Spend a few extra pound and go with another parking provider. I usually use Courtlands on the Bath Road it costs 10 - 15 quid more but believe me its hassle free!

Not Recommended.

Run on a budget that simply is not good enough
