I booked airport valet parking with this company. My flight was cancelled on the evening before our flight due to Hurricane Sandy. I immediately cancelled all bookings i had made for the holiday, every single company I dealt with refunded my money except Gosimply. They even charged me in full for the Valet which was obviously not received! I contacted their customer services department, they dealt with it in a very unhelpful and dismissive manner. Do not book with this company, they may be cheap but have no after care service.

I booked car parking at Low Cost Parking Edinburgh Airport. Confirmation email came through promptly and they even sent a reminder two days before I left. I followed the directions on the voucher only to arrive at a NCP who had not record of any booking. After touring around a few car parks at the airport we found the booking was at Flying Scot at a totally different address. When you have a flight to catch this extra time and stress means you don't "gosimply". On my return I emailed the company to advise what had happened. They have not replied and do not want to know, they just want your money!

Found gosimply via Google. Wanted to book Gatwick parking for 1 week at end of January but was a little confused by the number of airport car parking services that operate.

Found that it was easy to compare the various car park services by security, distance from the terminal and price, side by side after doing a search on gosimply.com.

Booking and payment quick and easy and i received a booking confirmation email within seconds of booking with details of the booking number, driving directions, post code for Sat-Nav etc.

Check in at the car park was quick and easy, Just missed the transfer bus but another one arrived within 10 minutes. Car park appeared to be secure with fencing and security lights, i didn't see any security patrols but then again, maybe these are operated at specific times.

Had no trouble when i got back. transfer bus was waiting at the terminal (didn't miss it this time) and only took a couple of minutes to get back to the car park. Check in and collection of my car was quick and easy.
