Do Not Use
We booked them in May 2014. When we returned it took numerous phone calls for them to turn up only to be told our car had been towed away. They had used our car for their own benefit and it had been involved in a road accident collision. I am disabled and needed to get home. We are being pursued by the other party for insurance reasons.
Steer clear of this company, they are not legit.

Lost My Car For Over 3 Hours!
DO NOT USE this company.
I returned from an over night long haul flight to collect my car and told them when I was in baggage reclaim that i'd landed. Ihey informed me my car would be ready in 20 minutes.
3 & 1/2 hours later with numerous angry calls from my husband and they finally admitted they had lost my car.
I was heavily pregnant and they knowingly left me sat in a cold car park whilst they repeatedly told me it was on it's way.
When it finally turned up they admitted that they use street parking around the Crawley area, so my car was left unattended on a random street for 10 nights!
They did promise a full refund but when we emailed and called repeatedly they didn't answer the phone or respond and we never received our £61.00 back.
Absolutely disgusting company and really Gatwick airport should do more to regulate these people who they allow to work from their premises.

We booked to use this company in July 2014 but have had an email stating they are going into administration. We have lost our money and their site is still active. Please avoid!!

and the Storage Space problems and Staffing problem, the company

longer be able to provide the services as per agreed. It is more
likely
that the company will go into administration and so therefore we
would
like to request and inform all of the GPS customers to please read
below
carefully.
There are two options of how you can deal with the situation.
* You can either make a fresh booking elsewhere with any other Meet
&
Greet company which will charge you their full price as per their
current booking rate.
* OR Upon our request we have agreed with a company called Click
Park &
Fly who is operating in the same manner at Gatwick Airport which is
offering the same services. We have agreed with them to offer you
the
same service on a much discounted rate of 25% of your actual booking
price with GPS so to cover any inconvenience caused. For this
purpose
please log on to www.travelg.co.uk and make a fresh booking and
choose
Click ParknFly by entering the discounted code GPG25. This code is
only
validated on Click Park n Fly via TravelG.co.uk. Once the booking is
made you will receive the new booking confirmation email. You will
also
receive the full refund of your booking price from Paypal which you
paid
to book with GPS Ltd who will further invoice GPS Ltd for the same
amount.

stranded at the airport.

I booked this meet and greet company over the telephone over two weeks ago. After numerous calls and texts promising the confirmation i have still not received anything. The company took the money from my account on the same day! I have tried calling and emailing for the past two days and their phones are now switched off! Take from that what you will. I urge you unless you want to loose your money steer well clear!
I had a similar problem after a lot of persistence I did get a confirmation however since then they have emailed the following sharing email address of all customers.
