Used 1-2-1 parking for a recent trip and have to say I will be using them every time I fly from Gatwick.

Service was on time and with a smile.

Definitely will use them again.

I booked with One2One Parking for a departure in September 2013 but unfortunately about 10 days before departure I had to cancel the trip. I therefore emailed One2One Parking to cancel the booking and requested a refund. On receiving no reply I tried telephoning and emailing them to progress my claim and eventually received an email confirmation from them stating that my claim would be processed. When no refund was forthcoming I again tried telephoning and emailing but found that I could get no response so I wrote them a letter but they did not reply to the letter. Again I tried telephoning but they do not answer their telephone and when I tried to email them I found that my emails were being returned as undeliverable. They appear to be using modern technology to prevent me contacting them and are ignoring any attempt I make to claim a justifiable refund. In effect their own declared terms and conditions are not worth the paper they are written on.In my experience the level of customer care shown by this company is zero.

I've used One2One parking twice now and both times they've been perfect. Polite, courteous, prompt - everything you want when returning to Gatwick at 11:30 PM on wet, cold autumn night.

still awaiting a refund for valeting i paid for to be done whilst on holidays.not happy when car was returned in the same condition as we left it.Have called every day and left message on answer phone still waiting for reply.No customer service.I have only been waiting since 25th August !!!!

I booked with One to One Parking after looking at the fabulous reviews on this site. I was also told by the head office to look at this site for the great independent reviews. I've used other Meet and Greet lots of times but I was very surprised by the service we received.

Booking was absolutely fine and the lady in the office was very friendly so I felt quite confident. 5 days before our flight I called the office to inform them of a slight change to our departure time. I left a message because no one answered and the message said someone would call back. I didn't hear anything so I tried again the next day - still nothing. Same the following day. This is poor service in my opinion. Finally I got hold of someone.

On the day of our holiday, we called 20 mins in advance as advised to do so. We were told that someone would be with us in approximately 20 mins. They didn't arrive so I had to call them twice! They finally arrived 45mins later . To my surprise we didn't get an apology when the driver arrived. I therefore asked why he was so late and he admitted that someone who was coming into Gatwick had forgotten to call when they got their luggage. The other customer was angry that they weren't there waiting for them despite the fact that they forgot to call. The driver said that we were on time and did everything correctly but for some reason they prioritised the other customer and kept us waiting without any communication!

On the way back I called when we got our luggage and went to the meeting point. We were told they would be circa 20 mins and that they were on their way. No one arrived after 30 mins so I called again to chase them up! They were only just coming into the terminal.

We won't be booking again with One to One Parking. Their time keeping is poor and it would have been quicker to do park and ride. This is the worst Meet and Greet service that we have ever had. Not sure if they were short staffed but our treatment certainly didn't live up to the reviews on this site.

We have recently used One2One parking Gatwick to park our car while away on our annual family holiday. The service we received was first class and the driver was waiting for us at the terminal when we arrived ready to check over our vehicle. On the return journey our flight was delayed but the staff at One2One parking were extremely helpful and ensured that when we did eventually emerge from the terminal that the same driver who picked up the car was waiting to drop it off. They were extremely helpful and polite, even offering to help us with our heavy baggage. I would recommend One2One parking to anyone looking for a fantastic service at very good prices. The personal service from these guys was first class!

I booked parking and a full car valet at Gatwick for my wife in 2012. She became ill and unable to travel so left a telephone message cancelling the booking. An email was also sent cancelling the booking. Despite chasing, no refund or response was received. Eventually someone telephoned me to say they had no record of the cancellation -but agreed to look into it and get back to me. No further response was received- my emails have been ignored. No refund has been given- not even for the full valet (wash and clean) service that I paid nearly £30 for but was obviously never done. I would never use these people again.

When I originally looked for parking at Gatwick I was put off by the fact that many of the available companies had a mixture of really negative and strangely positive reviews. Having looked at a number of other firms, I found One 2 One parking on the Review Centre and decided to try booking them on line. The website wasn't working properly but as there was a landline number on the homepage, I gave them a call - mainly to ascertain whether it was likely to be a legitimate company. I spoke to an advisor who gave me lots of detail about the company and then processed my booking over the phone which was reassuringly old-fashioned! From that moment I felt completely confident that everything would go according to plan.

Several weeks later I followed the emailed instructions as I made my way to Gatwick and everything did indeed happen as promised; I was met at the terminal, my car was quickly checked over and taken away. On return, I called the number once I had collected my bags, and my car was waiting for me when I left the terminal. It simply could not have been easier. At every step the people I dealt with were courteous and personable. My only frustration is that I rarely travel from Gatwick and neither do my colleagues - which means I have few personal contacts to recommend this service to. Don't even think twice - use One 2 One !

We used one2one for the first time last year. They arrived promptly at Gatwick, were extremely polite and efficient. They took minimal time to take a quick look at our car, before we were able to be on our way. And they even lent us £1 for the airport trolley as we didnt have any change!

Same efficient service on the return journey - we only gave them 10 minutes notice, and they were outside waiting for us, car just as we had left it, with excellent customer service. We did of course return the £1!

Am using them again this year, and will continue to do so for any Gatwick flights in the future.

I'd definitely recommend using them, the staff at the airport were great, a real personal service and very efficient and on time. No waiting around.
