Gatwick Meteor Meet & Greet

Great service from start to finished,

Arrived at Gatwick at my chosen time and was met straight away by a friendly driver who took my keys and gave me a card with the return number on, after my holiday I returned and made the call when we were leaving through customs. I was advised where to go and was told they would be there in 10 minutes which they were! Again the same driver with a friendly smile who helped us with our bags.

This service was great and was SO easy to use! I know they often offer money off on the site and also on their twitter so worth a look if you are going to be booking!!

I used Meteor Meet and Greet. Their service was fine until I noticed there was a huge scratch on the side of my car. When challenged, their customer service line said"the driver has confirmed he did not have any accidents, therefore it must have been done by you". They are now ignoring my emails.

I would never use them again and hope nobody else has been screwed over like I have,

Returned from holiday to find car covered in bird excrement. Had car washed to find major paint work damage. Meteor have not accepted responsibility and have offered good will gesture of £25 for car polish. Hundreds of pounds worth of damage, appalled by Meteor's response and will be taking further action. If you're thinking of booking with Meteor, I would think again.
