Very Poor
would like to start by saying I have used Cophall Parking many times before and found them very good.
Having said that after my last two experiences, I will never be using them again.
Used them in June, waited at the bus stop for around an hour while selfish people with a sense of being far more important than anyone else pushed in front of everyone and were picked up first. I then complained to a driver and said that they should be checking reference numbers for the passengers they should be picking up and this would stop this happening. There were a lot of disgruntled customer at the bus stop and they then started to do this. It was still a shambles and when I mentioned this at the office, they didn’t seem too bothered.
Gave them another chance in August, wish I hadn’t bothered, same experience again, drivers were checking reference numbers after I insisted they did, very few minibuses turned up, in fact the time we were there 4 APH buses came and went. When we were picked up we had to load our own cases on the bus and if someone outside had not alerted the driver he would have driven off with the back doors open!!!!!!!
Going away again in September, am using the car park at the Gatwick Terminal this time, Cophall Parking have really gone down hill and not worth the hassle.

Used Cophall a few years ago and not too bad. Gone down considerably since then. both to the airport and particularly on return. Long waits, insufficient/large enough transfer buses and 'couldn't care less' staff (won't bore with all the details). Will definitely not use a third time.

Parked Car For One Week And Returned To Find My Ra
Parked car for one week and returned to find my Rayban sunglasses taken from car. Be warned as little help provided and no compensation. Also insurance no good as you have hands over keys. These glasses were not on display so car obviously searched..

Damaged Car
Picked up my car on return. My car was parked 1cm from the car in front. Couldn't check thoroughly if damaged as dark and wet. Found that the front bumper was cracked. That's ok, I thought as I left my dashcam in the car in case of these eventualities. Having checked the dashcam, all files that would have showed the car moving from its parking space to the collection point had been deleted by whoever was driving. Denied all responsibility and not even an apology. Won't be using them again !

When we arrived back at Gatwick we rang for collection as soon as we had retrieved our cases and were told to go to bus stop 7 or 8. This we duly did this only to find the minibus ready to leave - we tapped on the window but were ignored by the driver who drove off. After waiting another 10 minutes or so I rang them again only to be told that the driver had picked up another couple instead of us and we would have to wait another 10 minutes for them to send another bus. Half an hour later it arrived complete with surly driver. On arrival back at the car park we complained that the driver wouldn't let on the first bus and were told it was full....there were 4 people on it but apparently for health and safety reasons they couldn't take us. We had an apology of sorts but generally felt it was "our fault" definitely not theirs. Then the car wasn't where they said it was and we had to wander around looking for it. We usually use Purple Parking who are excellent. DON''T use Cophall Parking just to save a few pounds - simply not worth the aggravation.
An Hours Wait
Have used Cophall Farm before several times and found them to be ok but never again. We arrived back from holiday recently and rang them when we'd cleared Customs and collected our cases. We were told to make out way to bus stop and would be collected in about 10-12 minutes. It took us less than 10 minutes to reach bus stop but as we came out of the North Terminal we saw one of their buses go sailing by but presumed it was dropping people off at South Terminal. After about 5 minutes a bus arrived, not for us but for a party of 6 people also waiting. The driver asked our name and rang the office to be told another bus was on the way and would be with us in about 2 minutes. After waiting a further 10 minutes I rang office and was told a driver had been picking up another member of staff and was asked to pick us up but we wern't there - the bus we'd seen go sailing by I presume, so obviously didn't wait very long. Eventually a bus came for us and I noted that we made the initial call at 6.35pm and arrived at Cophall Farm at 7.30pm. The receptionist was not interested when I complained, just kept saying that we were only a party of 3 and they had to pick up the party of 6 first - well I'm sorry but they should have enough busses to pick up people without them having to wait so long. Make's no difference as I would never use them again, would rather pay the extra and park on the Airport. I left a review on their web-site but didn't even have decency to reply. It took longer to collect our car than it took to drive home to New Malden. Disgraceful service.

Cheap - So Know Its Limitations
This is probably the cheapest long term parking service near Gatwick.
The downside is, it is a good 20 minute ride from the airport.
The parking compound itself is secure on-premise, so you can be sure that your car is not going to leave the compound. However, you still have to leave the keys at the reception and risk rain/shower while dropping and collecting car - since it is all open grounds.
Of course when you pay cheap prices - you can't expect 5 star services - so all this explains why they are cheap.
Pickup from airport went smoothly, there was hardly a 5 min wait.
Office staffs were a friendly bunch but the gate and premise staff could do better with attitude. I never had problems using them twice so far, hence I would still recommend them whilst urging anyone trying them first time to know their limitation, henceforth cheaper price you get.

Horrendous !!
Arrived late Monday night, got cases and rung company for pick up at 12.04 pm and waited by Bus stop 6 . Rung again at 12.33 as frozen, wet and everyone else had gone and were told they had thought they had picked us up even though they still had our car, sent out bus which arrived at 12.48 , no apology drove like mad back to car and again collected key and drove off again no apology, Could not get out gate so thad to return to office, Complete nightmare .

Good Experience, Long Journey
We found Cophall to be a well priced option for a week's parking for our flight out of Gatwick North Terminal. Pre-booked, we were expected and checked in quickly & keys handed over. We had arrived earlier than scheduled so were OK with not being on the first minibus departing. After just a few minutes another bus arrived and the friendly driver loaded our bags in the back and set off. Meanwhile our car was seen to be checked over before being driven round the back to what looked like a very secure car parking area. The journey seemed to take a while longer than expected, routing through back roads to the airport with us being dropped off at bus stop No.6. The driver again offloaded our bags with a smile.
On return to LGW, as instructed we called Cophall after we had collected our bags and cleared customs. We were directed back to bus stop 6 which we duly went to - it's a 5 minute walk from Arrivals. Maybe we should have called a little earlier as we then had a 10 to 15 minute wait before the bus arrived, but when it did we again had a pleasant greeting, loaded bags and a considerable journey back to Cophall. We quickly collected our keys and got our car which had been parked just outside their offices. I confirmed it was all in good condition and had travelled only 0.2 miles since we dropped it off.
All in all a good price, good service and only dropped a star for the distance to travel and the (not really that long) wait for the bus upon our return. Friendly admin staff too.

Very Slow Pick Up
On our return from our holiday we called to say we had picked up our bags and were on our way to the bus stop. We got there and waited for 40 minutes for the bus. Finally it arrived, in the mean time 3 APH busses and 2 AirParks busses arrived and left. The company advertises no waiting times but this is rubbish and this is the second time I have had the second experience the first being at almost 1 in the morning, last thing you want after a holiday!!!
Reception said they were busy that day, not my problem , hardly apologetic!!!!
Won't used again!!!!!
