Car park was overbooked, staff were rude and incompetent, head office were just as bad, no help at all. Just pay a bit more and park somewhere that doesn't ruin you holiday, it's not worth the stress.

They were absolutely appauling, they made us leave our keys which is not as advertised. When we returned the car was scratched and covered in conifer clippings, they wouldn't accept that it was scratched and became extremely verbally abusive threatening to 'smash my face in' despite them filling in a sheet when we arrived to say there were no marks on the car. The car park was totally crammed full with lots of cars parked outside the gates (obviously I don't know for sure that these were their customers cars) but there is no way my car could have been covered in conifer clippings in that car park. The abusive attendant suggested this came off the planes!DO NOT PARK HERE. I have never experiEnced such atrocious service ever.
