very much encouraged to buy early bird parking ie 6 months advance 27th of june 2014 at a cheaper price! only to be told before xmas that flight has been removed and cancelled by Ryanair,contacted secure air parks and was told tough , and no refund!

I use this parking several times a year and have always found it to be a convenient location with easy entrance and exit(thanks to number plate recognition )good regular bus service and good value for money.

I have just used the new self park system, as soon as I drove to the barrier the Car Rec bought my details up on the screen, I confirmed and parked took my keys and a bus was waiting to take me to the airport, on return again a bus was waiting I was took straight back to the car park and again ANPR read my reg and let me out, so straight forward and efficient and I dont need to leave my keys

My car windscreen got scratched whilst in the care of Secure Airparks and nobody has so much as offered an apology let alone to cover the cost - really bad service.

I have used this car park on a 2-3 times a year over the last few years. I have always found my car to be in the same condition/mileage as I have left it. The shuttle transfers are very quick, and I have always found the staff to be courteous.

It's just straightforward to use, and having used a few secure car parks at different airports this in my experience is one of the better ones. One of my pet hates is hanging about waiting on the shuttle bus for ages, or having to find your own space, which eats into the time that should be spent checking in at the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to use this car park in the future.

If you have a new car don't trust this lot to look after it. Mine was damaged. The company ignored my e-mail reporting the damage. If you're looking for secure parking go elsewhere.

ON RETURNING TO THIS CARPARK I WAS SHOCKED AT THE STATE OF MY CAR A LANDROVER DISCOVERY THE CAR WAS FILTHY GRASS AND MUD COVERED THE BODY IN THE WHEEL ARCHES EVEN ON THE ROOF OPENED THE BOOT TO THE SAME. THEY HAD BEEN USING MY CAR (OFF ROAD) WHILE AWAY.NO MANAGER NO EXCUSE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED......17/07/10

A shocking, dishonest, disaster of a car park. I have used this place for almost 2 years until a recent episode that required me calling the Police!

After getting my brand new car I continued parking here as I thought they were a good company. However after parking here in April I returned after a weekend to the car smelling of McDonalds.

Let this go but when parking here over Bank Holiday in May I took down the mileage before leaving the keys- 3561. On return the odometer ready 3600, a discrepancy of 39 miles!!!! They denied anything and wouldnt show me CCTV as it was against the data protection act hmmmmmm! When I asked for cuts off the CCTV I was sent by email 3 pics showing lots of cars, couldnt even see mine, all cut within 37 seconds of one another.

Unless you want people using your car for a joyride do not park here.

When we came to pick up our car after a week in Tenerife. The car was unlocked and the boot slightly open. (Fob Operated) When we tried to start the car the battery was flat. This was at 1.15am and there were no staff with any authority on the site. The manager has tried to claim that this was due to a mechanical failure but could not explain why the car was unlocked. He said that the car had been moved that day to the pick up point but it was not sitting with the other cars which were picked up at the same time. He did not take our telephone complaint seriously - in fact he seemed to find it quite amusing.

my car went into this airpark in perfect condition and came out with a broken suspension and deflated tyres. it cost us £155 to replace the spring and a strut at the front of the car. I was allowed to drive my car home in a dangerous condition. There is no acceptance they were not aware of the damage the noise was too severe. They put us in danger i drove home to fife at 30mph. I phoned and was told a manager would phone back didnt happen. I have e-mailed and wrote a letter no response. Make your judgement but something happened in this park that damage my car and put usin a dangerous position. Secure air park not. Watch out.
