boked this online and dissapointed with the service.

Despite phoning 20 mins before we arrived at airport the driver was 35 mins late to collect the car.

We were advised AFTER we had booked that we would have to pay the car park exit fee so we left the exact money in the car for this purpose, but upon arrival this had been stolen .

Sadly we wont book with them again

Disgrace- Avoid At All Costs

Do not use these people.

No one picked up the phone when i was arriving at Gatwick and the mobile number that I was given was dead so we had to go to the long stay car park, find a space and get on a bus meaning we were minutes away from missing our flight and ruining our holiday.

Once we finally did get hold of someone (whilst away), we were told that they had indeed picked up the phone to us and that we just didn't bother dropping our car off.

Obviously this was absolutely ridiculous as we would of rather had used the valet parking that we had already PAID FOR than to waste another £50 and precious time sodding about with the long stay car park and a bus.

Once legal action was threatened we were told a refund would be on its way... well 2 months later no refund has materialized. Someone keeps telling me she will "sort it and refund me" but after much chasing she now wont even return my calls.

Absolutely disgraceful service and the people who run it are just rubbish so don't waste your money.

Eps Parking Lost My Car

Returned back from my honeymoon at 4 pm and met another two ladies waiting in the car park for EPS, they had been waiting since 2 pm for their cars. When their cars arrived we decided it would save time to go back to the industrial estate where the cars that were due to be returned that day were parked. My car was not there. The drivers thought it must have mistakenly been taken back to the yard in Horsham so the driver took us there. My car was not there. By this time it was around 6.30 pm. We were taken to the one of the owners houses and there was no apology, they just didn't know how to handle the situation professionally at all. My car was 'missing' no -one knew where it was. I decided that I ought to report the car stolen to the police and demanded that we were taken home as we needed to collect our 2 year old child whom I should have been reunited with by 5 pm. We then had to be taken back to the industrial estate where another 'company owner' was present again no apology or reassurances. The driver took us home as we gave them no other option and whilst we were on the motorway nearly home and I had almost finished reporting the car stolen, a phone call was received to say my car had miraculously turned up 'behind a building'. This experience that took 2hrs 30 minutes ruined what had been a totally relaxing holiday, the stress and anxiety it caused was unprecedented, with me in tears and distraught.We got home at around 8.30 pm and from what I can tell we were one of the lucky ones that day! In the morning when we called to see when they would be returning my car, which really I would have thought would be the very least EPS could have done under the circumstances, we were told they didn't know when that would be, just whenever possible. Deciding that I needed my car back and didn't trust EPS to look after it for a minute longer my partner had to drive us back to Gatwick to collect it. I spoke to the owner and he claimed the car had been there the whole time and wasn't lost, then why were we driven around unecessarily for 2 hrs 30 mins, he was actually quite rude. The whole service which should make your holiday and airport experience stress free turned into what can only be described as an ordeal and I would strongly suggest that no one should use them. There aren't enough drivers and the ones they have are working for extremely long hours to try and cope with the demand. The management is poor and they are incompetent.

Not To Be Trusted

I had an extremely bad experience with this company who left me stranded at 4.00am at Gatwick Airport. When I telephoned the mobile number no one picked up it just kept going to voicemail. The landline number also kept going to voicebox. Not impressed with the not existent service.

Not to be trusted it is only a two man band company by the looks of things.

the company had one bad week in 7 years due to taking on a booking agent who failed to pay them this in turn lost them their staff so give them a break

Excellent Friendly Service

I have used Caroline and her team about four times and have never had any problems. They are very friendly, super efficient and excellent value! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service

By far the cheapest parking service I could find at Gatwick for a 2 week holiday, which made me a little wary. However, after speaking to them on the phone and having had an email query answered quickly I took the plunge. Everything went smoothly, had to wait maybe 10 mins at drop off, but this was mostly down to us making good time in light traffic. Car was returned to us within a couple of minutes of our return. The driver was polite and friendly. Instructions provided on booking were clear and easy to follow.

Would definitely use again.

Top Class Service

Was sceptical when looking for a parking service to leave my car for two weeks with in August, checked all the sites, read all the reviews and after enquiring by phone decided to use easy parking, it wasn't about price it was about trust and peace of mind when on holiday having left your car with a complete stranger and glad I chose them, friendly, courteous, on time and professional , the whole experience run smoothly from drop off at 4:15am to pick up at 6pm, with no longer than a 5 minute wait and less than 30 miles on the clock I would definatly be using them for future flights from Gatwick.

Just Booked Them For A Third Time

This is a little premature, as I have only just booked them but spotted the review link and thought I'd do it before I forget. However this was the third time I have booked them and the previous two times have made life very simple and amazing value for money. You just drive straight to departures and walk away, no queues and no buses, meaning you don't have to leave such a long period for travel. On return, your car's waiting for you at arrivals meaning you can get home for your relaxing cuppa much quicker.

The only thing I would say that could improve is the technology, i.e. website and payments, but if the rather clunky implementation keeps the costs down, I'm not complaining.
