Misleading
We have recently parked at prestige for ten days, i would like to say , its stated as the nearest car park to the main entrance, its not... there are car parks nearer.
After our holiday last year, we parked in the furthest one from the airport and vowed to used the nearest next time ! so we used prestige.
What a disappointment!
on our exit from the departure lounge, we headed to the car park, no signs telling us which way to walk , so we headed to prestige as we could see it in the distance.... we headed through all the car parks, and had to climb over 4 fences with all our baggage , once in reception i was greeted by a robot asking name , passport etc....
i told him of my concerns telling him all of the above , only to be greeted with a shrug of the shoulders....
so after 29 hours without sleep, i was totally disappointed with all aspects of this car park.
also the price was nearly double all the other car parks, and for that i would expect my car to be brought to the airport entrance (tongue in cheek)
Overall i would not recommend this car park to anyone, they mislead you with false information ...and prestige it certainly is not!
And the staff at the time were not interested once the money was taken.

Prestige Parking East Midlands Airport Bad Service 4 Jun 12
PRESTIGE PARKING EAST MIDLANDS 4 June 2012 Walk to airport terminal at least 5 minutes. The walkway is single file in places cramped if you are pulling a case on each hand. We have very good 4 wheel spinner cases and it was hard going over what was in places a VERY uneven surface. Thankfully it wasn't raining but there is no cover & anyone arriving in the rain would have been wet through!!!! We had left date and time of arrival back in U.k. Monday 4 June 2012 19.00hrs. When we got to the portacabin reception the guy said that he had to move some cars so we could leave!!! We were less than pleased to see our car hemmed in by at least 6 vehicles. He told us to take our cases to our car whilst he moved the cars so we could get out. We had to weave in & out of several cars,which we could have easily scratched in the process. (We were carefull so didn't but that might not be the case with everybody). The guy was rude & all he could say was it wasn't his fault it was the day team, not once did he appologise, in fact quite the reverse he tried to make us feel like we were being a nuisance for expecting the service we had paid for!!! We will go back to using the car parks that are within walking distance cheaper and easier. We also noticed that the TA facility was on. It wasn't when we left the car!!!

Friendly And Professional Service.
Upon arrival the staff greeted us and were very friendly. It was very quick and easy to leave the car with them. They then gave us directions for the quickest way to enter the airport. Upon return again very quick, the car was ready and waiting for us again friendly and professional.
Shall definately be using them again as we have done so for the past few years.

Very convenient. Reasonably priced. Courteous & helpful staff. Were extremely considerate when we were stranded abroad by the Ash Cloud in 2010.
Have used them many times & will continue to do so at every opportunity.

Found A Large 6inch Crack In Corner Of Windscreen
as a careful sensible driver with a 2 year old car, dropped car off and neverthought a problem, as it was raining and late when we collected the car never saw the large window crack on passenger side window, too big for a chipaumed thauntil next morning and then too late to get any action from prestige parking. we left the car there for a week and would not have driven the car like this and so when I contacted prestige parking yesterday, you guessed it passed the book, so be warned, i have used prestige parking in the past and would probably use again but would go through with a fine tooth comb with all parking, you would have thought that paying the premium to park somewhere safe my care would be just that or I should have chanced my luck in self service parking.disappointing

Booked Prestige Meet And Greet For East Midlands T
Booked Prestige Meet and Greet for East Midlands to Edinburgh flight
Checked flight was ok prior to leaving for East Midlands in treacherous snowy conditions down M1
Was met by Prestige attendant at airport and informed flight was cancelled 10 minutes prior to our arrival because of snow at Edinburgh airport
Have managed to rebook the flights and accomodation for 2 weeks later at no cost but Prestige refuse to rearrange our parking
We were initially under impression we could reschedule the parking but then someone phoned back to say we couldnt do this, and would need to repay the 50+ quid park in two weeks time, so have paid for nothing and lost all of it
Been in touch with Mr Bailey operations director few times but refuses to allow us to reschedule the parking
Myself, friends and work colleagues have all used and will never use again

Do Not Park Here!! They Caused Over £400 Wor
Do not park here!! They caused over £400 worth of damage to my car and they would not give me any compensation or even a refund of the fee. They are arrogant and rude and were abusive to my wife. Do not park here if you value your car or your wallet. I would not tell my worst enemy to use this company.

First class service from Prestige parking. Chap behind the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Showed us where to go, provided trolly for baggage and explained return procedure. It is nice to be met with a smiling face and helpful attitude. Same on return and car waiting facing

I Park At East Midlands Airport 6 Or 7 Times A Yea
I park at East Midlands airport 6 or 7 times a year, I normally use the airports own car parks and I have never had any hassle. This time I teied Prestige Parking who are on site at east mids but park your car off site. They caused £577 worth of damage to my car the damage was under the front drivers side wheel so I didnt see it and because I picked my car up in the early hours of the morning it was dark. I reported it ASAP and the attiude of Prestige especialy the boss was deadful. They basicly said it wasnt there fault. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

Booked With Prestige Parking For A Week Using One
Booked with Prestige Parking for a week using one of the car parks
Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on the morning we were due to leave. I rang Prestige as soon as we knew, to ask if we could change the booking. Spoke to someone on their phone who was extremely rude and said we needed to contact APH for a refund, which I did
Was then told by APH that yes, we were entitled to a refund, but we needed to speak to Prestige.
Rang Prestige back again and spoke to the same person, who again was extremely rude and not really interested in helping. Was then told to email, which I did
Received a reply a few hours later stating that we were not entitled to a refund, not even a partial one. I cannot understand why they will not refund the rest of the time we had booked at the car park. I am now nearly £60 out of pocket and will not be using them again. I was told in the email that they have to still pay the airport for the use of the car park space, even though my car is not there. This is ridiculous. A money making scheme it seems. Avoid!
